Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (thirty centimetre) in depth, 1.5 m (one point five metre) in width as well as 10 sqm (ten sqaure metre) on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth and including its entire carriage in all leads and lifts for all kinds of soil and ordinary rocks, hard rock including dressing of sides as directed, and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.. Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. A recovery of useful stone for 605.30 cum (Fifteen thousand three hundred forty point four nine) cubic metre @ Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three hundred only) per cubic metre shall be effected on pro-rata basis in each running bill from this item. directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etcetra and removal of form work for Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etcetra including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all ncidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
