Excavation in all kind of soil work in by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiselling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting our true to the required line, grades width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site. Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and as per direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site obtained from roadway cutting and excavation from drains and foundation of all other structures or other sources, or obtained from borrow pits within leads and lifts, graded and compacted to meet requirement, including setting out, true to the lines, grades, width and side slopes in accordance with drawings, including spreading the embankment material with motor-Grader in sucessive layers of 200mm (two hundred milimeter) uniform thickness and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 (eight-ten) Tonne static weight to meet the requirements of table 300.1 & 300.2 of MORD technical specification section 300 and as per the entire satisfactions and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of embankment for roadway with approved material obtained from borrow pits and laid in layers of suitable thickness not exceeding 200mm ( two hundred millimetres) and compacted with 80-100 kN. static/ vibratory road roller to meet the requirements of table 300.1 and 300.2 of MORD specifications section 300 as per drawings including preparation of foundation for embankment in all kinds and classification of soils including saturated soil and dewatering/ bailing out of water wherever required including handling of materials for construction of embankment. The rate shall include carriage of machineries, equipment, tolls and materials and safety measures, payment of all taxes and other incidentals necessary to complete the work in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.
