Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks ( where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 305 and 1603 as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated Suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetres). Compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental.

Providing and laying of boulder apron gabion wall laid in wire crates with 4mm(four millimetre) dia G.I. wire( Galvanized iron wire) confirming to IS: 280 (IS: two hundred eighty) and IS: 4836 (IS: four thousand eight hundred thirty six) in 100mmx100mm(one hundred millimetre into one hundred millimetre) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10% (ten percent) extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40kg (forty kilogram) each as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 1301 and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge including the carriage of material within all leads ,lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:5:10 ( One cement is to five sand is to Ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size in or under water including pumping or bailing out water( surface and sub soil water), dewatering for all heights /depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/ depths, including the cost of form work and curing for 14 ( fourteen) days complete in Retaining walls and Breast walls etcetera as per drawings and HPPWD/MORD technical specification section 800,900, 1200 and 1600 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing 100mm (Hundred millimeter) diameter poly Vinyl chloride pipe Weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutments, wing walls return walls and retaining /breast walls etc., extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (V) : 20 (H) (one vertical is to twenty horizontal ) towards drawing face complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications clause 614, 709, 1206.6 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain / reinforced concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-10 (M- Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement isto three sand isto six graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification Clause 800,900 and 1200 Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate includes the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete nominal mix 1 : 2 ½ : 5 ( one cement isto two & half sand isto five graded crushed /broken stone aggregate 40mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size) in parapets as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specifications Clause 1608.3 and section 800,1200 and 1400 including the cost of form work curing complete and including 6auling of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental or as per the entire specification and directions of Engineer-in-Charge . The rate includes the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of unlined surface drain in all kinds and classification of soil average cross sectional area 0.40 (Zero point forty) square metre in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimension. Excavated materials to be used in embankment with any lift and lead as per M.O.R.D. technical specification Clause 307 including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire specification and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Coursed rubble masonry with hard stone of approved quality, in sub-structure in wing wall, abutment, toe walls etcetera, in cement mortar 1 : 4 ( one cement isto four sand); in or under water and including curing complete and pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush, which may arise at, the time of masonry work under water complete for all heights/ depths., as per MORD technical specifications section 700 and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate includes the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying ( to level or slope) 900 mm dia (nine hundred millimeter) diameter reinforced cement concrete light duty non pressure pipes IS Class NP-3(three) as per design in single row for culverts on concrete cradle bedding or plain cement concrete grade M-15 (fifteen) in single row including providing and fixing collar with cement mortar 1 : 2 (One cement isto two sand), excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, back filling, concrete cradle bedding and masonry work in head walls and parapets etcetera complete as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 1101 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge ,including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling behind abutments, return walls, wing walls and retaining walls etc. Complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 1604.7 and as per section 300 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge ,including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per M.O.R.D. specification and drawing. Three MS plates of 1.6 mm (one point six millimeter) thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5mm (twenty five millimeters into five millimeters) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm (twenty five millimeter into twenty five millimetres into five millimeter). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. (Two Nos.) 75mmx75mm (seventy five millimeter into seventy five millimeters) of 12 SWG ( twelve standard wire gauge) sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 ( M fifteen) grade blocks of 450mmx450mmx600mm ( four hundred fifty millimeters into four hundred fifty millimeters into six hundred millimeters), 600mm ( six hundred millimeters) below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mmx47mm (forty seven millimeter into forty seven millimeters) of 12 SWG (twelve standard wire gauge) steel plate tube All MS will be stove enamel on both sides. Lettering and printing, arrows, borders etcetera will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 and as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential . The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Reinforced cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated, M-15 ( M fifteen) grade nominal mix 1: 2 ½ : 5 ( one cement isto two & half sand isto five graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size, kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC : 8 ( eight) Fixing in position including painting and printing etcetera as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification rural roads Clause 1703 ( ordinary kilometre stone precast). Including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire specification and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Reinforced cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated , M-15 (M fifteen) grade nominal mix 1: 2 ½ : 5 ( one cement isto two & half sand isto five graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm ( twenty millimetre) nominal size in boundary pillars of standard design as per IRC : 25 fixed in position including finishing and lettering and painting as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification Clause 1704 directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.
