The bidder should have prior work experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years, with the similar works defined as "Residential/ Hospital Building of any no. of storeys on design-built Basis". The required experience can be in the form of: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs. 3,77,49,088.00 - Two similar works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs. 5,66,23,632.00 - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs. 7,54,98,176.00 Additionally, the bidder should have successfully completed at least one 40 bedded hospital including HVAC, Fire Fighting Work, Lift, BMS & External Electrical Work with Substation, DG Set & Modular OT, Gas Manifold System all composite executed under one Contract. The bidder's average annual financial turnover for the last 3 years should be at least 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, and the audited Net Worth of the company/firm should be minimum 10% of the Estimated Cost put to Tender. A Bank Solvency Certificate for at least 40% of the Estimated Cost of the Project is also required.
