Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 80% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 2 years (for Experience Criteria) - 80% (for Past Performance) - 3 years (for the period of Past Performance) - 25 percent (the percentage up to which the Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered) Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: - TEC type approval certificate - Test reports from TEC approved Central Govt Lab / NABL accredited lab / ILAC accredited lab to prove conformity to the TEC specification - OEM Authorization Certificate - OEM Warranty certificates - Data Sheet of the product(s) offered in the bid - Test certificate and test report from an accredited test agency for EMC tests, specifically: - Conducted and radiated emission: CISPR 11 {2004} - Immunity to Electrostatic discharge: IEC 61000-4-2 {2001} - Immunity to radiated RF: IEC 61000-4-3 (2006) - Immunity to fast transients (burst): IEC 61000-4-4 {2004} - Immunity to surges: IEC 61000-4-5 (2005) - Immunity to voltage dips & short interruptions: IEC 61000-4-11 (2004)
