Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 80% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 2 years (for Experience Criteria) - 80% (for Past Performance) - 3 years (for the period of Past Performance) - 25 percent (quantity increase or decrease) Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender include: - TEC type approval certificate - Test reports from TEC approved Central Govt Lab / NABL accredited lab / ILAC accredited lab to prove conformity to the TEC specification - Warranty of 3 years or higher - OEM Authorization Certificate - Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document - OEM Warranty certificates - Test certificate and test report from an accredited test agency for Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) as per the following standards: - CISPR 11 {2004} for conducted and radiated emission - IEC 61000-4-2 {2001} for immunity to Electrostatic discharge - IEC 61000-4-3 (2006) for immunity to radiated RF - Data Sheet of the product(s) offered in the bid
