M&L for replacement with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLS, PVC insulated (unsheathed) heavy duty cable including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 sqmm copper conductor multistrand FRLSH, PVC insulated (unsheathed) drawn into and including concealed PVC rigid conduit medium grade ISI marked including pressed steel with existing colour terminated boxes of Modular GI sheet Metal flush Boxes of any way i.e. (1 to 8 way as per site requirement) for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc for fixing one light/fan/bell point/fan/exhaust fan controlled by one 5/6 A switch and making good disturbed surfaces with CM (1:4) to match with the existing whitewash color surface complete all as specified and as directed for the following:- (a) Wiring shall be done by using proper colour coding(b) Earth wire shall be of green colour (c) On RCC roof/celing PVC conduit shall be provided on surface with proper fixing clamps all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old burnt out bulk head fitting any type and Supply and Fix LED Bulk Head 10W with pressure plastic housing with clear prismatic diffuser, high efficient LEDs IP66 complete all as specified and directed.

Two runs of cable for phase/neutral and one run of cable for earth will be measured and paid as one unit length complete all as specified and directed. Note : Wiring shall be done in proper colour coding. Note: Cutting chases on the wall whereever required is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

Supply and Fix in replacement Recess mounted slim LED luminiare with drop down diffuser light 36W 230 volts AC corrosion resistent complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting/ Taking down Exhaust fan of any sweep removing and cleaning the dust properly, painting with same colour good quality synthethic enemelled paint after preparing surface for painting with existing color shade oiling and greasing of bearing including refixing and making the conection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting/ Taking down ceiling fan of any sweep removing and cleaning the dust properly, painting with same colour good quality synthethic enemelled paint after preparing surface for painting with existing color shade, oiling and greasing of bearing including refixing and making the conection and testing complete all as specified.

S&F street light bracket made out of 32 mm dia GI light grade tubing not less than 1.5 Mtr long bend to shape including pole clamps made out of 40 x 5 iron strip and nut bolts and washers, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI earthing wire of size 4 mm dia by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and protected by 15 mm bore GI light grade pipe upto test point or upto main switch board fixing with 02 Nos nuts and bolts and protection pipe fixed with and including flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate packed layer 15 cm thick of charcoal or coke and common salt all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, PCC chamber pit made with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, Pit cover 40mm thick made with RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Protection pipe and GI earthing wire upto test point or upto electric equipment from top of earth plate shall be included in the unit rate of this item. (iii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volta grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 Sqmm , 3.5 core flat cable complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation laying of under ground cable erecting of pole stay not exc 10 sqm on plain and not exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in (soil ) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material (soil) to a distance n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable with a layer of sand 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm after laying the cable (10cm punned thickness above the top of the upper most cable, total 18 cm), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub class ‘B’ brick old size protection cover laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable on cushioning with width equal to the length of brick complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for GI tubing (light grade) with all fitting laid in trenches or along pole/bldg or under road crossing and protection pipe or fixed alongwith wall/pole with necessary clamp nut bolt and washer bore of pipe 40mm complete all as specified and directed.
