Dismantling of cross arms fixed on Steel tubular poles carefully including separating and getting aside, serviceable cross arms for re-use in the work and removing unserviceable cross arms from site complete all as specified directed.

Supply and fix aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) on over head LT electric line with stretching and tensioning the same with required span sag and binding the conductor with pin/shackle insulator and jumpers with aluminum binding wire not less than 2mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cross arms made out of mild steel channel or angle section of reqd size and shape including clamp back plate with bolts, nuts and washers drilled for insulator bolts welding bending cold or hot in any shape or size as directed and painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix octagonal GI decorative street light pole 7m long complete with brackets for mounting of flood light, in built connectors for connecting cables mounted on suitable PCC structure 1:3:6 B1 300 X 300 x 900 mm burried in ground to a depth of 600mm including foundation bolt grouted complete all as specified and directed. NOTE PCC measured under item no. 11 .00

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fibreglass reinforced polyester pole box of size 25 cm x 20 cm x 10 cm depth with locking arrangement, hinged door, suitable to accommodate 2 Nos of FRP insulators for taking branch connection of street light from LT UG cable and fixed in any position with pole using clamps made out of MS flat of size 25 x 3 mm thick cut and bend to necessary shape, including MS nut, bolt and washers etc. and including providing MCB SPN of suitable capacity including dismantling of old terminal box complete all as specified and directed .

Amount of credit of Rs. 77403.75 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
