PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ( nominal mix ) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar ands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork where required complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cms thick, complete all as specified and directed Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Sub class ‘B brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick including taking out old bricks, complete all as specified and directed.

Renewal of mild steel galvanised iron tubing light grade for cable protection as in road crossing, along poles, walls, floors, drain of 80mm size fixed with MS clamps, nuts and bolts required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing, fixing or passing through pipe, trenches or ducts, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade, cross sectional area 95Sqmm, 3 core, suitable for 11 KV earthed system confirming to IS 7098 Part-2 for insulation and for conductors Class 2 to IS 8130-84, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc,including connecting & testing and disconnecting and taking down of old unserviceable HT cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured &paid for separately).

Cutting/ trimming of trees branches from LT/ HT lines upto 2 metre horizontal & 2 metre vertical distance from both sides of electric line including shifting of cut trees branches away from site complete all as directed. Note:- Distance between two adjacent poles irrespective of distance shall be considered as one span.

Renewal of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm with suitable clamps made out of flat iron 50X6mm including nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified.

Renewal of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm with suitable clamps made out of flat iron 50X6mm including nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified.

Renewal of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95/120 sqmm, complete all as specified.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning gang operated air break off load connecting switch HT, 11KV, tripple pole, each plate consisting galvanised steel base, verticle type mounted on 15 No's post insulators and steel frame, non ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arcing horns complete with dropout fuse element assembly, operating rod of GI pipe, medium grade, 20 mm dia (without joint) of suitable size and locking arrangement, connections, mild steel frame with PG clamps and sleeves etc required for current rating 200 amps capacity including taking down unservicable GOD of any type, shape & size with steel frame and removing from site all as specified and directed.

Steel tubular swaged poles complete with base plate 8mm thick welded with pole, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11m long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including numbering with black paint and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work & excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid under respective Items of BOQ.

Unbinding from insulators ACSR conductor any size of HT over head line for repairs, re-stretching of ACSR conductor and earth wire of any size and type on HT poles including disconnecting and re-binding with insulators with suitable size of binding wire after re-stretching, connecting jumpers, adjusting line dividers etc and cutting trimming of tree branches upto 2 metres clear distance from wire, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Dismantling of ACSR shall be done only those spans/ sections where sags/ kinks & bends have developed, snapped at places. (ii) For payment purpose length each wire is to measured.

Galvanized steel wire 4mm dia for earth wire/ guard wire onHT/ LT poles stretched without kinks, bend and binding with wire including fabrication of cradles hexagonal/ rectangular guards, spacers, road crossing etc., including taking down old wire of any type shape , size and removing from site, complete all as specified & directed .

Supply , fixing and straining of Aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size on HT/LT over head line including necessary binding work, jumpering, maintaining proper sag as per IE rule including cutting of tree branches around the ACSR conductor within area of 5mtr complete all as specified & directed

Structural steel work as in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plate fabricated from steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed by Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces and dismantling old structural steel work in cross arms and stacking at site, complete all as specified & directed.

Stay Assembly using stay rod of 20mm dia complete with accessories as shown in Electrical Plate No. 1 of SSR 2009 Part-I including galvanized steel stranded wire of size 7/4mm and taking out/ dismantling old stay assembly, complete all as specified (Loop type insulator, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BOQ)

Loop type insulator, porcelain, vitreous white, brown or green, large size with overall dimensions 90x140mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Renewal of pin type insulator porcelain, vitreous, white/brown or green including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 150mm dia and 150mm height for working pressure 11000 volts grade includng taking down existing insulators and removing from site, complete all as specified.

Renewal of disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, 'Two-in-series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors working pressure 11000 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Renewal of lightning arresters (Set of three) expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp for 11000 volts including taking out old unservicable arrester and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying/spreading 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate at electrical sub station 4 pole/2 pole structure including brick work for rataining the aggregate complete all as specified & directed.

Renewal of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size, complete all as specified.

Cable route indicator made out of 2 mm thick mild steel sheet of size 20 cms X 15 cms duly coated with two coats of black paint over a coat of red oxide primer duly written the size of LT/ HT cable in white paint and welded to equal angle of size 30X30X3mm, 45 cms long and errected in ground in such a way that it is 15 cms above ground level and 30 cms below ground level. The portion below ground level should be embedded in plain cement concrete M-15, type B-I, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate of size 15 cms X 20 cms X 45 cms all as specified & directed. Note:- Cost of PCC and earth work & excavation shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by contractor.

Cutting of existing road/ floor/ plinth/drain for taking out/laying of UG cable through GI pipe including necessary earth work excavation and making good to match with existing surface complete all as specified with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified.

Painting to three/ four pole structure made out of steel tubular HT poles, 11m long including cross arms, channels, angle iron support, bracings, clamps, XPM jalli etc. with one coat of aluminum paint superior quality of approved make on surfaces exposed to view above PCC benching including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping etc complete and writing pole numbers. of 2 inches bold letters with black paint after painting, complete all as specified & directed.

Painting to two pole structure made out of steel tubular HT poles, 11m long including cross arms, channels, angle iron support, bracings, clamps, XPM jalli etc. with one coat of aluminum paint superior quality of approved make on surfaces exposed to view above PCC benching including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping etc complete and writing pole numbers. of 2 inches bold letters with black paint after painting, complete all as specified & directed.

Painting to existing steel tubular HT poles, 11m long including cross arms, channels, angle iron support, bracings, clamps etc. with two coats of aluminum paint superior quality of approved make on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with white and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping etc complete and writing pole numbers. of 2 inches bold letters with black paint after painting, complete all as specified & directed

Painting of transformer indoor/ outdoor type with one coat of smoke grey colour synthetic enamel paint over the existing paint after cleaning and removing the dust and dirt and cleaning with sand paper and preparing surface for painting complete including writing SM Nos on transformer body with letters 50mm high with white synthetic enameled paint complete for transformer of any capacity without disturbing the supply complete all as specified and directed. Note: Write with white paint on body of transformer " Date of Dehydration". ............................, "Date of Top Up of Transformer Oil".

REPAIR TO TRANSFORMER 160 KVA 11KV/433V STEPDOWN :Dismantle and tranport to workshop to carry repair work Strip opening of the transformer for the following repair/replacement :- (a) After opening of the transformer draining out transformer oil from the chamber, disconnection of all internal connections from HT/LT bush rods, opening of core laminations, taking out core of the transformer, taking out all HT/LT coils from three Limbs, testing of all coils for serviceability of all coils. - One Job (b) Dismantling and taking out defective coils of HT Limbs, rewinding with same gauge of enamelled copper wire - 06 Nos coils (c) Assembeling of laminated core with all HT/LT coils after servicing of internal assembly and putting spacers, cotton tape, insulating papers, insulating sleevs, backlite sheets, wire machine all the coils of HT/LT of three Limbs - One Job (d) Heating the assembled core in electric oven to desired temperature of insulation including all delta connection with the HT/LT bushes connection of appropriate wires as well as with tape changer switch. - One job (e) transporting back to same site,connecting and Testing for full load for satisfactory functioning (f). Assembling the transformer after necessary repair/replacement and testing complete on full load. Note:-Transformer oil filteration and filling of new oil will be measured and paid seperatly under relavant items.

Disconnecting the VCB outgoing 11 KV 630/400 Amps from the electric circuit taking out the trolley from the VCB and strip opening for the following repair/replacement:- (i) Discunnecting the electric motor AC single phase, gear assembly, vaccum bottle, , top support insulator, over load relay and depth fault relay, CT and PT and provide minor items required in VCB. (ii) Complete servicing of the VCB Assembling the trolley, setting the machanical system, electrical system greasing and testing complete. Note: Make of VCB - KIRLOSKAR Note 1:- Service will be carried out through service Engineer of manufacturer employee .No employee of authorised dealer shall be hired for servicing of VCB. Note 2:- The minor spare parts shall included in said item i.e. nuts & bolts, springs gromments , dust cover, ring of isotators, contact clips, pin for release prop, Ý'phase shround, over side strip pin etc. Major spare part shall be paid seperatly under relevant items of BOQ as "Supply Only).

Supply only spring charging motor with gear assembly complete of same make including testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

Supply only digital electronic KV meter 0-12 KV with complete fittings all as specified and directed.

Supply only digital Ameter (0-200 Amps) electronic with complete fittings all as specified and directed.

Supply only indicating lamp (red/ green/ yellow) all as specified and directed. Make:- L&T/ legrand/ ABB.

Supply only 110 Volts, DC closing/ tripping coil for MK2 mechanism for 400 Amps VCB all as specified and directed. Make:- As of make of VCB.

Supply only accelerating spring for 400/630 Amps VCB all as specified and directed. Make:- As of make of VCB.

Supply only close spring assembly for 630/400 Amps VCB all as specified and directed. Make:- As of make of VCB.

Supply only selector switch (R,Y,B and neutral) three positions with neutral for 400 Amps VCB all as specified and directed. Make:- As of make of VCB. Note for Serial Item No 39 to 47:- Labour and T&P required for fixing shall be deemed to be included in Unit rate quoted by bidder for Serial Item No 46 here-in before.

Labour only for filteration of transformer oil by dehydration upto di-electic strength 50KVA in different transformers/ Voltage stablizers at various locatins all as directed by Engineer in charge

Renewal of transformer oil in transformers/ voltage stabilizer/ isolating switches of viscosity as per IS: 335-1993 duly dehydrated and tested having dielectric strength 50 KV when tested at 4mm gap all as specified and directed. Make: Power oil or Transol

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron wire 4.0mm dia (as earth lead wire), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 15 mm bore including provn of concrete pit in plain cement concrete M-15 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of rainforced cement concrete M-15 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.
