REPAIR TO TRANSFORMER 160 KVA 11KV/433V STEPDOWN :Dismantle and tranport to workshop to carry repair work
Strip opening of the transformer for the following repair/replacement :-
(a) After opening of the transformer draining out transformer oil from the chamber, disconnection of all internal connections from HT/LT bush rods, opening of core laminations, taking out core of the transformer, taking out all HT/LT coils from three Limbs, testing of all coils for serviceability of all coils. - One Job
(b) Dismantling and taking out defective coils of HT Limbs, rewinding with same gauge of enamelled copper wire - 06 Nos coils (c) Assembeling of laminated core with all HT/LT coils after servicing of internal assembly and putting spacers, cotton tape, insulating papers, insulating sleevs, backlite sheets, wire machine all the coils of HT/LT of three Limbs - One Job
(d) Heating the assembled core in electric oven to desired temperature of insulation including all delta connection with the HT/LT bushes connection of appropriate wires as well as with tape changer switch. - One job
(e) transporting back to same site,connecting and Testing for full load for satisfactory functioning (f). Assembling the transformer after necessary repair/replacement and testing complete on full load.
Note:-Transformer oil filteration and filling of new oil will be measured and paid seperatly under relavant items.

Disconnecting the VCB outgoing 11 KV 630/400 Amps from the electric circuit taking out the trolley from the VCB and strip opening for the following repair/replacement:-
(i) Discunnecting the electric motor AC single phase, gear assembly, vaccum bottle, , top support insulator, over load relay and depth fault relay, CT and PT and provide minor items required in VCB.
(ii) Complete servicing of the VCB Assembling the trolley, setting the machanical system, electrical system greasing and testing complete. Note: Make of VCB - KIRLOSKAR
Note 1:- Service will be carried out through service Engineer of manufacturer employee .No employee of authorised dealer shall be hired for servicing of VCB. Note 2:- The minor spare parts shall included in said item i.e. nuts & bolts, springs gromments , dust cover, ring of isotators, contact clips, pin for release prop, Ý'phase shround, over side strip pin etc. Major spare part shall be paid seperatly under relevant items of BOQ as "Supply Only).
