Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of solar water heating system with ETC TECHONOLOGY of capacity 200 LPD with electric backup as per recommendations of manufacturer, suitable for single phase 220 volts, AC supply, complete with ETC type collectors, HOT water tanks , Tank Stands etc with the following specifications :- (a) COLLECTOR ETC type with nos, size, level of vaccum transmittance of cover glass tubes, reflectance of glass tubes, absorbance of glass tubes, type of coating and reflectance of coating as recommended by manufacturer having wind resistance upto 100 km, with freezing resistance minus 20 degree celcius heating up coefficent 240 degrees Celcius having average thermal efficiency 58.76% and maximum rise in temperature 53.04 degree Celcius without night losses fixed at angle of inclination from horizontal, as per recommendations of manufacturer.
(b) HOT WATER TANK : Hot water tank of 100 Itrs capacity made out of stainless steel sheet not less than 0.5mm thick duly insulated with puff insulation 50mm thick having density not less than 36 kgs having thermal conductivity 0.29m/K duly covered with PPGI cladding fixed with temperature gauge, inlet and outlet valves of suitable size duly installed on staging fabricated out of MS angle of appropriate size as recommended by manufacturer duly fixed properly and painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer. NOTE:- PCC/Foundation work as recommended by the manufacturer shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this work.
