Cable fault locator with carring vehicle will be brought by the cable fault detection agencies. faulty cable will be trace out by the agencies by meggering HT cable.

Renewal of pin type insulator polymer, vitreous, white/brown or green including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 150mm dia and 150mm height for working pressure 11000 volts grade includng taking down existing insulators and removing from site, complete all as specified.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning gang operated air break off load connecting switch HT, 11KV, tripple pole, each plate consisting galvanised steel base, verticle type mounted on 15 No's post insulators and steel frame, non ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arcing horns complete with dropout fuse element assembly, operating rod of GI pipe, medium grade, 20 mm dia (without joint) of suitable size and locking arrangement, connections, mild steel frame with PG clamps and sleeves etc required for current rating 200 amps capacity including taking down unservicable GOD of any type, shape & size with steel frame and removing from site all as specified and directed.

Servicing of battery charger system installed at Main power house for 24 volts used for proper funcitoning of relays.Removing all electrical and control connection and up to existing socket for charging and DC Supply to existing VCBs up to 13 Nos and the connection of incoming and outgoing battery bank to VCBs will be made including replacement of supply and fixing of 4 nos 24 volt battery by stranded copper conductor size not less than 2.5 sqmm for each core in case of multi core cable or single core cable PVC inculated unsheathed cable duly drawn into medium grade PVC condult on floor/wall making proper functional including supply of distilled water/Electrolyte topup i battery complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in - charge.

Structural steel work as in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plate fabricated from steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed by Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces and dismantling old structural steel work in cross arms and stacking at site, complete all as specified & directed.

Renewal of disc type insulator,composite polymer type, 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, 'Two-in-series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors working pressure 11000 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of installation area from inside and outside by removing the vegetation, cleaning the fungus formation and nearby growth of wild vegetation, bushes to a distance of 50 metres complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of road for laying of cable through pipe and making good the disturbed surface by using cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.50graded crushed stone aggregate as required complete all as directed.

Cable route indicator made out of 2 mm thick mild steel sheet of size 20 cms X 15 cms duly coated with two coats of black paint over a coat of red oxide primer duly written the size of LT/ HT cable in white paint and welded to equal angle of size 30X30X3mm, 45 cms long and errected in ground in such a way that it is 15 cms above ground level and 30 cms below ground level. The portion below ground level should be embedded in plain cement concrete M-15, type B-I, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate of size 15 cms X 20 cms X 45 cms all as specified & directed. Note:- Cost of PCC and earth work & excavation shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by contractor.

Handle suitable for GOD operation, fixed in repair, complete all as specified.

Unbinding from insulators ACSR conductor any size of HT over head line for repairs, restretching of ACSR conductor to achieve proper sag and rewinding to the insulators using aluminium/ GI wire all as required at site or directed. Note:- Distance between two poles irrespective of distance and no of lengths of conductor shall be considered as a single span.

M & L in replacement for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to walls on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipes or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 4mm dia galvanised iron wire all as specified.

Dismantling and taking down old UNSV HT Bus bar panel , Supply , installation ,testing & commissioning of totally enclosed modular type weldless bolted type form 1A feeder pillar outdoor( HT Bus bar panel ) IP55 fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof powder coated including locking arrangement bus bar chamber enclosed complete suitable for operation on 11000 volts 50 Hz AC supply having legs 50cms made out of 50x50x6 mm angle iron grouted on brick masonary platform upto 30 cms height. Brick masonary platform should be 60 cms above the ground level comprising the following : (a) 50x10 sqmm cross section area conductive electrolyte grade 3 nos copper bus bar of length of 500 Amps with heat shrinkable sleeve duly colour coded. (b) Bakelite insulators having short circuit withstand capacity of 26.3 KA -01(Set of three) Note : (i) The Panel should be front operated with cable entry from the bottom with cable glands. The fault withstand capacity shall be 50 KA. Earth bus shall be part of the main feeder pillar . (ii) Width of feeder pillar box shall not be less than the 120 cm. (iii) Cost for construction of platform for panel of brick masonary work in CM 1:6 with foundation 1:4:8 type D2 including plaster work , PCC Coping 1:2:4 (40 cm thick stone aggregate ), deemed to be included in the item rate, No Extra payment will be made.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron strip 32X6 mm size (as earth lead strip), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 40 mm bore including provn of concrete pit in plain cement concrete M-15 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of rainforced cement concrete M-15 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron wire 4.0mm dia (as earth lead wire), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 15mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4), type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick precast cover of size 550 mm X 550 mm X 75 mm of RCC (1:2:4), type B-I, reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/ Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.

Material and labour for servicing /testing and calibration of breaker/control panel including CT, PT and relays in control panel of VCB of capacity 630/800 Amps and rating 11 KV complete as details mentioned as under:- (a) Details of servicing of breaker :- (i) Adjustment of mechanism if required. (ii) Clean the circuit breaker to remove dust and dirt. The envelope of the vacuum interrupter and insulating materials shall be wiped with a clean cloth. (iii) Apply a small amount of oil to rotary sections, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section, etc.use grease for the operating shaft and bearings, and machine oil for other parts. (iv) Check for rust and wear. (v) Check Spring Tension and pitting of the Cluster Contacts. (vi) Visual check for rust and deformation. (vii) Check for loosened bolts and nuts, broken spring washers and snap pins etc. (viii) Check for loosened connections, rust, damaged lead wires. (ix) Check whether the contacts are damaged by arcing. (x) Checking of control circuit & tighten the connections if any.

(xi) Check close & trip coil. (xii) Checking of Jaw Contacts Conditions and repair/adjust. (xiii) Replace the jaw contacts,If required. (xiv) Improvement of resistance of epoxy insulator and epoxy body by applying post heated varnish. (xv) Replacement of Dashpot/shock absorbers . (xvi) Replacement of carbon brush of spring charging motor

(b) The following test shall be carried out:- (i) Primary Injection Test of CT / PT (ii) Closing & Opening Timing Test for all three poles. (iii) IR Test with megger in open and closed condition. (iv) Contact resistance test for all three poles (v) Closing coil resistance (vi) Tripping coil resistance. (c) Testing of following relays of control panel with Secondary Injection Kit ,checking and programming of relay :- (i) Over current and earth fault relay i.e . Electromechanical relay Note:- 1. Quoted rate shall include cost of following spares and nothing extra shall be admissible:- (i) Electronumeric relay of make/model as per site. (ii) Vacuum Bottle for 11 KV VCB panel as required for make/model as per site. (iii) Spring charging motor (iv) Rack in mechanism candle (v) Panel shroud (vi) master trip relay 2. Work shall be carried out through specialised OEM.
