Taking down steel water tubing 20 mm bore including all fitting and connections complete all as specified and directed..

Dismantling timber in scantling 40 sqcm and over in section framed work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of wall and ceiling boards any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheets any gauge thickness including Nanital or similar pattern roof covering including ridges complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ( nominal mix ) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork where required complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with old size fly ash bricks, class 7.5, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 (01 cement : 04 coarse sand) all as specified & directed.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoarsed well bonded bedded and soilidly hearted built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item no 11 above but except stone.

Aluminium anodised snap grid frame work of size of size 605 mm X 605 mm as in false ceiling, flat or sloping (pattern as per manufacturer's catalogue/ instructions), cutting holes for electrical fittings fixed on and including aluminium tee of size 25mmX25mmX1.50 mm as main runner, aluminium tee of size 25mmX25mmX1.25 mm as cross runner and aluminium angle of size 25mmX25mmX1.25mm at the perimeter suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with hangers 6 mm dia galvanised (length as per site requirement) adjusting level fixed to roof by means of ceiling cleats made out of galvanised iron flat 40 mm X 3 mm size, 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia, 40 mm long including 6mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards as in ceiling fixed or laid/ inserted in aluminium frame work including necessary scaffolding all as specified and directed.

All as per item 13 above but fixing only Note : Old material taken down under item No. 06 shall be re-used

Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, all as specified and directed.

Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, hips, valley/ eaves/ rain water gutters, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed), fixed with self tapping screws all as specified

Water proofing treatment over terrace using SHALIURETHANE- BTD OF STP MAKE OR EQUIVALENT as approved by GE, high solid content single component water based liquid applied elastomeric water proofing membrane as ASTMC 836 and ASTMD 6083, thickness of the membrane shall be 3mm, having solid content of more than 80% elongation of 500+(-) 50%, laid over reinforcing layer on non woven geo-textile mesh of 40/50, 50 gms, including applying self primer coat by diluting with 1:1 ratio @ 0.2 kg per sqm and surface preparation complete as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed

Rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to grade Fe 410 -W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (5mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, mixed with water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instructions, trowelled to even and smooth finish without using extra cement complete all as specified. (Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Supply only intergal water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces or un plastered, previously undecorated wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of chalk whiting , complete all as specified and directed.

G I tubing medium grade of 15 mm bore with all fittings and fixtures fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floor/trenches complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 24 above but except pipe including new fittings as per requirement .

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 250 Lires but but not exceeding 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc, complete all as specified.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 500 Ltrs capacity four layered (ISI Marked) cylinderical vertical with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position with ball brass valve, high pressure with PVC float valve 20mm dia with polythene float and fly nut, tank nipples with check nuts and washers complete and making connections with existing water supply line, including dismantling old tank any type, complete all as specified.

Deduct Credit Amount as per Schedule of credit as details given on Srl Page No 20 of tender doucments.
