Supply, fixing or laying HDPE (DWC) tubing 50 mm dia as per IS:16205 part 24 fixing on poles, walls under floors, laying on surface etc as reqd at site including clamps to hold pipe at position complete all as specified and directed. Note: All items and accessories , bend, joints, nut bolts, clamps for wall fixing as per site requirement etc are deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable any size and any type from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old cable may different size and length and credit will be given as actual obtained from site.

Supply and laying, connecting and testing XLPE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 35 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ on poles/ road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing, clamping on wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 6.00 above but for 4 core 16 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable light grade GI pipe 50 mm for road crossing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of PVC insulated flexible FR PVC unarmoured cable three core with copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm size 1100 volt grade, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws asspecified type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) including taking down old rusted steel pole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of street light bracket made out of GI pipe note less than 25mm bore light grade suitable for fixing LED street light approx length not less than 1.20 mtr bent to shape complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for outdoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 16 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 12.00 above but for cable of size 25 to 50 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F KIOSK box weather proof made out of PVC including made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door size 300 x 200 x 105mm inside dimension comprising of aluminum bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 200 Amp and 6.0 Amp MCB for controlling the street light fitting with necessary MS nuts bolts and washer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LED street light fitting 70/72 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with potted driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED flood light 100 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP-66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with potted driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of steel tubular LT poles including removing rusted particles and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint including cross arms, supports, clamps, etc and providing different colour strip upto height 1.5 mtr from from coping including writing pole no complete all as specified and directed. Note: Colour of paint for strips and No of strips will be as approved by Engr-in Charge.

S&F in replacement of Automatic street light control with infrared sensor based NATURE SWITCH and VOLTAGE MONITORING SYSTEM (VMS) Three phase load of 5 KW for automation of street lights. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural light Lux level. Required illuminance level for switching ON is 30 Lux and for switching OFF 10 Lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs. to max. 12 hrs. VMS should have adjustable over & under Voltage trip level and protection against phase loss, Neutral loss & Phase reverse incl Power contactors (3 nos of capacity 16 amps per phase each) and incoming (3 nos of capacity 20 amps each) - outgoing MCB(3 nos of capacity 20 amps each) & main load circuit wiring (Copper) of minimum 10 sqmm. The sensor, VSM, Power contactor, MCBs incl connected items should be enclosed in a Pole/ wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP-54. The circuit should also have provision for manual operation (i.e. sensor & VMS By-Pass option). Model Swadeep- 02EC5kW3P-VMS or equivalent in Schneider/Havells/Legrand

S&F in replacement of LED bollard with IP 65 protection and 10/11 watt capacity warm white , 240 Volts AC, 50 Hz, incl make proper connection complete including nut bolts, washer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently with welding, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) of Fe-410W(GdeE-250) qualityB against worn out channel, angle iron etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cement concrete (unreinforced) or road cutting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling demolished surface, as leveling course, in foundation, under tiles, in any required work and make surface clear, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping demolished surface or in any required work and make surface clear complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected to galvanised earth lead wire of 4.0mm dia at two points by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthling test point drawn through GI pipe for protection of earth lead wire incl PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 on SSR Part-I including testing and dismantling ,taking down old unser earthing all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note: (i) Rate of Earth work, Earthing electrode, all connections, nut-bolts, washers, earth lead protection pipe of dia 20 mm, water pipe of dia 20 mm complete labour, testing, Earth lead upto 7.5 mtr, char coal dust, common salt, porcelain insulator, PCC earth Pit, CI frame, RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

All as per Srl Item No 31.00 above but for galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning outdoor type cubical LT panel in replacement of size not less than 1.2 m x 1.2 m x 0.6 m with outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50 x 50 x 6mm on PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 platform 60cm above the ground level and 45cm below the ground level, factory fabricated with front openable , lockable, having pad lock arrangement , louvers and air vent, gasket ‘u’ type for natural flow of air, completed dust & vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volt 50 Hz factor fabricated (Factory approved from CPRI) having modern fabrication followed by powder coated painting having thickness not less than 100 microns TPN aluminum bus bar 300 Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable and shall be mounted on suitable size ‘F’ class insulators, marking connection with aluminum strip conductor of and general construction to IS-8623 of 1993 comprising of the following:-
