Cast iron fittings for spigot and socketed pipe i.e. bends (any type radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing decreasing or double socket etc) all sockets or socker and spigot collars, caps and plugs up to 250mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking up AC pressure pipes water mains (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends/ flanged ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead, including disconnecting pipes and fittings complete of size 150/250mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

250mm bore cast iron pipes with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast, class LA, in any length, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed.

150mm bore cast iron pipes with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast, class LA, in any length, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for attending the complaint for any leakage of main CI/GI pipe line of 250 & 150mm dia pipe for repair/leakage including tightening of joints/nuts/repair of valves etc. for smooth functioning of pipe line, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Run lead joint to socket and spigot pipe and pipe fittings for 250 mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Run lead joint to socket and spigot pipe and pipe fittings for 150 mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repacking stuffing box of sluice valve spindle including taking apart and reassembling ensuring no water leakage by providing new gaskets, gland dori, nuts & bolts etc for smooth functioning of valve of size 250mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, C-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, as in sub base layer under floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed ballusters walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 as in grating/bridge over nallah for main line coming from ekkoo khad to yol cantt, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plates (plain or chequered) 3mm thickness channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment including necessary welding, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for jointing flanged pipe of 250mm bore with rubber or fibre board gasket and fittings with nut, bolt & washers of appropriate size, complete all as specified and as directed.

D-Shaped clamp, made out of 3mm thick MS Sheet, 3" wide, with rubber fibre board gasket complete fixed with nuts, bolts and washers of appropriate size to make the joint completely leak proof to to avoid leakage at various points, suitable for 250mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 metre wide and n.exc 1.5 metre deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Brick masonry valve pit of size 120x120x120cm (internal dimension) with earth work in any type of soil, plain cement concrete M-10 type C-2 as in foundation, brick work in cement mortar 1:6 (01 cement : 06 coarse sand) 23cms thick, 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (01 cement : 04 coarse sand) internally and externally flush pointed in same mortar as the work proceeds flooring shall be 40mm thick in plain cement concrete M-15 (Nominal mix) laid over 75mm thick hard core top cover shall be made out of mild steel sheet 3.15mm thick fixed in angle iron frame made out of angle size 40x40x6mm with two number of hinges on one side and locking aggangement at other side with 50mm pad lock complete including painting with two coats of sythetic enamel pait over a coat of red oxide primer complete including dismantling old existing, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of roads for laying of pipe of any type and size and making good road by providing soling with broken boulders or quarried stone, WBM of existing thickness and finally topping with bituminous macadum of existing thickness (bituminous macadum comprising of stone chipping and cold emulsion as per manufacturer's instructions) including necessary compaction by rolling etc. to match existing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Cleaning of surrounding area of water storage tanks/sump/ BP tanks hoisted on various buildings by cleaning mud, fungs plants and vegetation with steel brushes etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply only best quality bleaching powder grade 'A' ISI marked suitable for water treatment for drinkable water, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make:- DCM Shree Ram / Declibac Technologies/Sree Rayalaseemaor As approved by MES.

Supply only Best quality AQUA FIT (Calcium based granular disinfectant for water treatment, more stable than chlorine gas and stronger than bleaching powder) in 45Kg packing plastic drum, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make:- Declibac/Purichlor or equivlant in makes as approved by MES.

Cast iron Sluice valve for water supply purpose with C.I. drilled flanged ends (integrally cast), class PN-1 conforming to IS-14846 of 2000, ISI marked with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel including jointing material complete such as rubber insertion packing rings with adequate size and requisite numbers nut, bolt and washer complete of the of size 250mm bore, including taking out old valve, any type, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Flanged joints excavation and earth works will be measured and paid seperately.

Cast iron Sluice valve for water supply purpose with C.I. drilled flanged ends (integrally cast), class PN-1 conforming to IS-14846 of 2000, ISI marked with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel including jointing material complete such as rubber insertion packing rings with adequate size and requisite numbers nut, bolt and washer complete of the of size 150mm bore, including taking out old valve, any type, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Flanged joints excavation and earth works will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for two coats pof painting of Valve Pit cover, doors windows, including filtration bed wall with requisite colour marking good condition including preparing surface by cleaning, rubbing and making surface smooth for painting and priming, complete all as specified and directed.

Painting the existing CI pipe 250/200/150/100/80mm dia with sluice valve with one coat synthetic enamel paint of black colour including preperation of surface by cleaning, rubbing and making the surface smooth for painting, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Ferric alum solid cake type (25 Kg/piece) material best quality for water treatment purpose, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for complete painting of bridge made of angle irons, mild steel plate and ralling both side of bridge near slate godam, khidku and near main chamber of intek point in ekko khad including preparing surface by claning, rubbing and making surface smooth for painting and priming complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
