Sand cushioning to underground cables with a layer of sand 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm after lying the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sub class (B* brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & lay in replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core with aluminium thimble as per site requirement all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl No 06 here-in-before but size 70 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as apecified and directed.

All as per Srl No 06 here-in-before but size 50 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as apecified and directed.

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections, one twin core cable flat or circular stranded conductor size of 16 Sqmm, 2 core complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections, one twin core cable flat or circular stranded conductor size of 10 Sqmm, 2 core complete all as specified.

Material and labour for replacement of existing unserviceable GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore for passing through cables under the floor ,along the wall or along the pole complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & fixed in repair UG LT PVC insulated armoured heavy duty cable end terminal joints (heat shrinkable) of along Pole etc suitable for aluminium conductor cable and testing after jointing cable of size 25-50 sqmm complete all as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink, Indoor/Outdoor type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 25 to 50 sqmm, complete all as specified.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink, Indoor/Outdoor type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 70-150 sqmm, complete all as specified.

M & L for replacement of LT cable route indicator reading "MES LT UG 1100 V cable" and route of cable with arrow, made out of CI in square shape of size 200mm x 200mm x 10mm with 150mm leg, fixed in PCC pre-cast block of 250mm x 250mm x 1000mm

M & L for cutting of existing road/ floor/ plinth/drain for taking out/laying of UG cable through GI pipe including necessary earth work excavation and making good to match with existing surface complete all as specified with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 by (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement LTXL-Ultra heavy duty capacitor cylindrical type rating 10 KVAR 415 Volts with maximum ambient Temperature upto 70ºC including necessary material required at site for connection and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LTXL-Ultra heavy duty capacitor cylindrical type rating 15 KVAR 415 Volts with maximum ambient Temperature upto 70ºC including necessary material required at site for connection and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron strip 32mm X 6mm (as earth lead strip), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of GI and GI strip protected by provision of GI pipe light grade, 40mm bore upto test point including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25 x 25 x 3 mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metres long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion. NOTE :- Item of earthing includes the cost of 7.5 metre long galvanised iron strip 32mm X 6mm size and protection pipe of 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.3mm tthick buried directly in ground(earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4mm dia by means of nuts bolts,washers,check nuts of iron or steel including test point PCC pits and RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 (type B-1) including iron angle frme 40*40*6mm. and medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 15 mm bore GI pipe light grade proection pipe including excavation and charcoal ,common salt surrounded with 15cm all around the plate all as specified and shown in EP-3 of SSR Part-I.

Supply & replacement of existing unserviceable busbar box , installation, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated prewired bus bar, cubical type of appropriate size of 60cm x 45cm x 30 cm out door dust vermin proof, made out of 40x40x6mm angle iron frame/legs and 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with openable shutters on both sides (front & rear), powder coated externally and internally, having locking arrangement mounted on four legs 90cm high (30 cm below ground level and 60 cm above ground level),Panel embedded in PCC (1:2:4 ) type B2 of suitable size with clear working space all around the bus bar complete all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge to accommodate the following accessories :- (a) MCCB 4 Pole 160 A 25KA - 1 No (Make:- Hager) Cat part No.HDA161Z with X160 frame MCCB fixed overload, fixed short circuitbreaking capacity (b) Aluminium bus bar 200 A for three phase and neutral duly insulated with sleeves of different colour RYB (Note : (i) Incoming and outgoing cable shall be fixed with appropriate size of copper thimble. (ii) Apron shall be provided at bottom for protection of cable to avoid entry of vermins, reptiles. (iii) Apron shall be provided at bottom for protection of cable to avoid entry of vermins, reptiles. (iv) Entries of all sizes of cables in panel should be done through adequate size of metallic cable glands.
