Convex Mirror 1000mm dia made out of polycarbonate material provided with suitable MS pipe post duly powder coated, meant for road turning, intersection curve, T-junctions, Hospitlas , parking lots etc. with clear and definite mirror image having 130 degree of viewing angle, unbreakable glass, spring post (710 x 80 x 210mm) body of spring is made of special flexile material (polyurethane) without it can be quickly resoted to its original state without doing any damage to spring post as well as vehicle in case of high speed collsion by vehicles. Two bands of reflective tape to be pasted on the spring post. Eposy bond will be used to fix the spring post with road surace. The bond should be so strong that post will not be deviated by strong impact after installation, length of spring post 710 mm upper dia 80mm & botttom dia is 210 mm, fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete work as in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete slab 25 cm or less including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 12 mm thick expansion joint filled with pre- formed bituminous filler and top with 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A for' 150 mm thick cement concrete slab complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 150mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A for' , complete all as specified and directed.

75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base finished even and fair to receive top finish complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed coloured rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning, joints of tiles filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in kerbs and mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and similar works, complete all as specified and directed.

Marking lines, dashes, arrows etc of width 10 cms on black top/ concrete surfaces of road using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint 2.5 mm thick (white/ gold, yellow) mixed with radium glass beads @ 250gm/ Sqm with automatic machine to provide reflectivity and night vision (approx temp being 200°C at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign material complete all as specified. Note:- Road marking lines at the centre of road shall not be continuous, whereas the lines at outer sides of road shall be continuous i.e in one length.
