Providing PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 in lintels upto 1.5m clear span cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth course, string course, lacing course, parapets and railing upto 60cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

Excavation in trenches,nexc 1.50m wide and n exc 1.50m in depth for foundation,etc or for shafts,wells,cesspits,manholes,pier holes,etc n exc 10 sq m on plan and not exc 1.5m depth and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels or drains etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straight or curved) complete all as specified & directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying and jointing and testing 50mm bore galvanised steel water tubing medium grade (ISI marked) laid in trenchese with medium grade galvanised iron fitting (ISI marked) such as bends, Tees, sockets, nipplese & unions, flanges, reducer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying and jointing and testing 25mm bore galvanised steel water tubing medium grade (ISI marked) laid in trenchese with medium grade galvanised iron fitting (ISI marked) such as bends, Tees, sockets, nipplese & unions, flanges, reducer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting of existing GI pipe line of size 50mm size in position for making branch connection 50mm dia for inserting of Tee complete including Tee of required size and other fitting such as sockets, nipples, unions etc complete including making threads in position for both side as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc25 cm any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated any type of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring for one light/fan/call bell point controlled by one 5/6 Amp switch with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH, PVC insulated (unsheathed) heavy duty cable including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 sqmm copper conductor multistrand FRLSH, PVC insulated (unsheathed) drawn into and including concealed PVC rigid conduit medium grade ISI marked including Modular GI sheet Metal flush Boxes of any way (as per site requirement) for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc complete all as specified and as directed for the following:- (a) Wiring shall be done by using proper colour coding(b) Earth wire shall be of green colour all as directed .

Supply and fixing celling fan complete with blades, down rod , electronic reulator and acessories,, 230 V 1200 sweep,Min air delivery 210CFM with service value 6.00BEE, Five start rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L distribution board sheet steel powder coated for MCB with copper bus bar and neutral link earthing stud SPN 8 way 240 volts double door complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Distribution board and MCB's should be same make.

S &F of SPN 40 to 63 Amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB ‘B’ curve suitable for 230 volts AC supply, 06 to 32 Amps, SP with over load and short circuit protection and rupturing capacity not less than 10 KA, fixing in DB complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply & Fix electric water geyser, S&F new electric storage Heater (vertical type Geysers) 25 Ltrs BEE RATING 5 STAR, 230 volts AC single phase with and including grouting with high tensile rag bolt, nut & washer etc as directed as per site requirement and making and including necessary inlet / outlet water PVC connection for Geysers. Geysers to have glass lines tank, fero glass coated container, PUF insulation, glass coated heating element, thermostat cut off etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI pipes 15mm bore ISI marked medium grade with all fittings complete fixed on floor / wall with and including clamp including vent pipe etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineering-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting & screwing existing steel tubing 15mm dia bore size for alternations or additions required for connection with inlet pipe of Geyser complete all as directed.

S&F angle cock with flange15mm bore heavy duty fancy type chromium plated with long shank and cup concealed in wall complete all as directed.

S&F 15mm dia CP Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe complete all as directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with proper colour coding, insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor FRLS, cable of 2 run 10 Sq mm for phase and neutral and one run of 10.0 Sq mm for earth wire unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor FRLS, drawn through including medium grade ISI mark PVC concealed conduit fixed on wall. Note: Two runs of cable for phase/neutral and one run of cable for earth will be measured and paid as one unit length complete all as specified and directed. Note : Wiring shall be done in proper colour coding.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly under ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level ,connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, washer including test point by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch / control board up to 7.5 metre away from earth electrode and including GI pipe light grade 40mm bore protection pipe & necessary excavation and earth work in any strata, PCC chambers in PCC 1:3:6 type B1, RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT bars at 140mm C/C both ways, with lifting handle, watering pipe of GI medium grade 40mm dia, wire mesh, funnel, lugs and charcoal, salt etc all as applicable and as per plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified.
