M&L overhauling of existing 16 meters height high mast lighting system by degreasing and cleaning of double drum winch, gear box, wire rope, clamp, bobbin arrangement, power tool motor, mechanical torque limiter, lowering the mast head assembly, degreasing and cleaning the pulley, docking arm etc and applying new grease/lubricating oil for all mechanical moving/rotating parts, checking all the electrical parts such as timer panel, all cable connections in control panel, motor, junction box, flood light fittings & aviation obstruction light fitting etc. rectifying the defects, renewing the defective components etc including testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of minor spare parts & lubrication is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S&F in replacement 120 watt LED flood light (Red, Green and Worm white colour) fitting made up of pressure die-cast aluminium alloy housing with toughened glass, IP 65 protection and impact resistance of IK07 and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics having system lumen efficacy 100 lm/W, inbuilt potted electronic LED driver with APFC (SMPS based constant current supply), lower THD, open circuit protection, over voltage protection, surge voltage protection & other safety test as per IS 15885 Part-2/Sec 13 and BIS complying including surface mounting using adjustable MS cradle of thickness 5mm provided with the fixture including taking down existing unsv flood light litting of any description complete all as specified and directed. Note: LM 79 test report, LM 80 report with minimum 9000 hrs testing to support 50K life TTC and driver NABL accredited report shall be submitted before execution of work.

All as per item No. 07 here-in-above but for 100 watt LED light fiting.

S&F in replacement integral LED aviation light 6 watt, 500mm with IP 65 protection fitting comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure including taking down existing unsv aviation light of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheating of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 2 core 6 Sqmm nominal cross section in service connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying wiring along with earth wire the size of 2x1.5 sqmm + 1x1.5 Sqmm earth wire 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor, three core cable in conduit as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 50mm bore galvanised iron, light grade (ISI marked) laid in trenches / fixed on wall / poles etc for protection of cable,,including taking out old tubing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement 20 watt Arcus LED flood light (Red, Green and Worm white colour) fitting with high efficiency and glare free luminaire available with integrated IP 67 and with 30 to 45 degree beam angle made up of pressure die-cast aluminium alloy housing with toughened glass, IP 67 protection and impact resistance of IK07 and individual high power LEDs, inbuilt potted electronic LED driver with APFC (SMPS based constant current supply), lower THD, open circuit protection, over voltage protection, surge voltage protection & other safety test as per IS 15885 Part-2/Sec 13 and BIS complying including surface mounting using adjustable MS cradle of thickness 5mm provided with the fixture including taking down existing unsv flood light fitting of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F weather proof PVC junction box with bus bar of capacity 40 amp including one SPN MCB of 20 amp capacity, clamps, nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm, 4 core flat cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for laying of underground cables, errection of poles, struts / stays etc including taking out cable cover or stone slab, not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated any type of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning to undergound cable with using a layer of sand 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm after laying the cable (10cm punned thickness above the top of the upper most cable, total 18cm), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L old size brick class "B" as in cable protection laid dry,flat,transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equalto length of the brick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by manually upto size 80mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down sub main wiring of any size any type and in any position metallic/non metallic PVC conduit etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH confirming to IS 694: 2010, multi stranded copper conductor (ISI marked with valid CML No.), cable 1100 volt grade, 2.5 Sqmm size drawn in and including non metallic rigid PVC concealed/surface conduit medium grade (ISI marked with valid CML No.) not less than 25mm dia confirming to IS 14930 (Part-I) 2001, with all fitting & fixing accessories including one run single core PVC insulated unsheathed 2.5 Sqmm FRLSH copper conductor (ISI marked with valid CML No) colour code as a earth continuity and connected upto DB complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Two run of single core PVC cable with one run of earth conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit and the quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for cutting chases in wall/pillars/columns etc. of any description for concealing the conduits to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in CM 1:4 including finishing the surface with putty to match with the existing surface.

All as per item No. 31 here-in-abvoe but for 2 single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor wire drawn in and including 20mm dia conduit pipe with one run of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH copper conductor wire as earth continuity conductor pipe.

S&F in repairs PVC rectangular block for mounting, switches, sockets, fan regulator etc with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of size 100x100mm and 50mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 33 here-in-above but for size 175x100x500mm deep.

S&F in repairs switch piano, single pole one way flush type, 5 amp complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair old unsv security light fittings better optics for uniform distribution IP 65 protection LED of 30 watt, heat resistance glass, pressure die cast aluminium housing suitable for 25mm dia galvanised iron pipe light grade including reqd length of 1.5 Sqmm PVC multistranded BIS marked, 03 core copper conductor for connection from ceiling rose to light fittings incl testing on completion & taking down old unsv fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm dia galvanised iron pipe light grade bracket bent to shape over all length 0.60 mtr fixed to wall with 02 Nos GI clamps made of 40x5mm FI, 15cm long, 8mm dia bolts and nuts with washers grouted in wall as per site requirement including taking down old unsv GI brackets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC three core copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm alongwith PVC pipe for protection from junction box to bracket complete all as specified and directed.
