S & F mild steel security chain link fancing 60mm x 60mm with PVC coated mesh made out of 3mm dia MS wire and 1.00mm thick PVC coating including binding wire complete all as specified and directed

M&L for dismantling of existing panel including disconnecting connected cables, etc. and supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made LT cubical double door both front and rear side openable, Indoor type, of Suitable to accomodate the following accessories made out of CRCA sheet 2 MM thick duly powder coated with Seimens Grey Shade RAL 7032, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof outer cubicle with working voltage of 415V, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire fully compartmentalised with door for each compartment. Cubiclle must be extendible in both ends having both front and rear side openable and should be provided with suitable louvers for ventilation. Bus bars provided shall be adequately supported on insulators to withstand dynamic stresses due to short circuit current and shall be suitably colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve for phase indication. The standard phase arrangement when facing the switchgear shall be R-Y-B from left to right. The bus bar connections and their insulated supports shall be mechanically strong, and shall withstand all the stresses which shall be imposed upon them in ordinary working due to fixing, vibration, fluctuation in temp., shot-circuit or other causes. The bus bar should be supported on DMC. Internal wiring should be done with 2.5 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification, crimped and shall be connected with suitable lugs and PVC sleeves, etc. The bottom of the panel should contain detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. Threaded earthing studs - 02 Nos shall be provided at the bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The cubicle incomer MCCB as well as outgoings shall have copper TPN/TP , current rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders inclding all broken surface making good . The cubicle should be inclusive of following :

Make : TEKNIK/SELECT/L&T (f) Aluminium bus bar of rating 150 Amps rating for R-Y-B Phase and Neutral. (g) Base frame for cubical mounting made out of 40x40x6mm equal angle iron duly painted. (h) Foundation for the panel should provided with PCC 1:4:6 at a depth of 150 MM below G.L. and 100 MM above the G.L. with slot openings for I/C and O/G cables.

M&L construction of brick masonary valve pit built in cement mortar 1:6 including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil and disposal of surpluse soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr all as directed by Engineer-in-charge including 10mm thick plastering internally in CM 1:4 and flush pointing in same mortar to brick work externally as work proceeds and cement concrete in foundation PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 15 cm thick & PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 coping, including 75 mm thick & hard core of gauge and exc. 63mm using broken stone /bolder, MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick MS angle iron frame, handle locking arrangement and painting to steel surfaces including dismantling of old valve pit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. incl necessary excavation earth work of the following sizes :-

(a) 750 mm x 750mm x 750mm.

(b) 900mmx900mmx900mm

Supplying, fixing, jointing, connecting & testing in trenches XLPE/PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable heavy duty 1100 volts grade, aluminum conductor in trenches / ducts /on wall surface as in repairs/replacement of old unserviceable cable of following sizes all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for cable protection 8 cm below the cable and 15 cm above the cable complete all as specified and directed

Supply and lay burnt bricks sub class `B’ of size 230x115x75mm laid dry over sand cushioning in trenches as protection on the cable all as directed

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n. exc 1.5mtr wide and n. exc 1.5mtr depth for LT cable /GI tubing and getting out in Hard/dense soil all as specified.

M&L for returning, filling in including sperading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick each layers in soil all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed and at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of CI foot valve of 50mm dia all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below the normal ground level connected with GI strip 25 x 4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanished iron steel including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m, with and including PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4), type B1,using (20mm graded stone aggregate),"mild steel angle iron frame" made out of MS angle iron of size 40x40x6mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer hinged with and including 6mm thick CI cover with handle, watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 40mm dia medium grade pipe for watering 40mm dia light grade, GI pipe for lead protection in and including alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt complete all as shown in electrical "plate No '3' and connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.
