Repair to Dozing system for disinfection of water supply treatment by replacement of 1 HP centrifugal pump motor, dose controller and replacement of overflow pipe, delivery pipe and inlet pipe and testing the same after carrying out the repair work complete

Supply & laying of Submersible cable 10 Sqmm 3 core and connecting with the pumping set motor carefully including taking down the existing cable complete all as specified

Supply and installation stequa dosing system for sump dosing/ semi underground Centrifugal water pump installation, (a) Receptacle for power-free automatic water sanitizer/conditioning treatment station with proportional dosing arrangement with following attachements : (i) water inlet regulator, (ii) Overflow vent. (iii) water outlet regulator with non-return valve (for standalone gravity flow). (iv) water outlet regulator (for offline automated gravity flow). (v) Drain valve (vi) Fluid level controller. (vii) Sludge level guage. (viii) Station Base assembly with station base buffer. (ix) station hood assembly with-cavity arrangement. (x) Station holding assembly. (xi) Material of construction : Non-metallic thermoplastic (xii) Maximum temperature : 54 degree celcius. (xiii) Capacity : 100 liters. (xiv) Shape: Cylinderical (b) Custom cover for power-free automatic water sanitiser/ conditioning treatment station with proportional dosing arrangement with following attachements : (i) Refill cavity lids. (ii) In-built level switch and processor. (iii) 1/2 inch processor Outlet & Processor Inlet connections.

Supply only Stequa 411AE, Refill specification :- Chlorine tablets contained in plastic cylinderical sealeddisposable sanitiser refill for disinfection of drinking water with arrangements of controlled release of disinfectant in water, suitable for operation through recommended dosing system replacement indication, visiual and weight variation operation type non contact, ono inhalatory, heavymetal contaminants (LikeHgand Pb) in product media must be below detection limit (BDL)and product must pass throughacute toxicity test, based on which the product must be considered safe to use from human health safety point of view when use in recommended dosage all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply only testing kit for testing of residual chlorine in water and reagent complete all as specified.

Repair/replacement and dismantling and taking down for overhauling of pump set/monoblock motor of Capacity 7.5 HP, of M/S Kirloskar Ltd/ Becon including provision of replacement of following defective parts all as required. (a) Bronze impellar suitable for 7.5 HP pump set. (b) Ball bearing suitable for 7.5 HP pump set (c) Bronze bush suitable for 7.5 HP pump set Reassambling complete set including connecting and testing in accordance with manufactures instruction to ensure stipulated performance all as desired to the entire satisfaction of dept.

Repair/replacement and dismantling and taking down for overhauling of pump set/ monoblock motor of Capacity 3 to 5 HP, of M/S Kirloskar Ltd/ Becon including provision of replacement of following defective parts all as required. (a) Bronze impellar suitable for 3 to 5 HP pump set. (b) Ball bearing suitable for 3 to 5 HP pump set (c) Bronze bush suitable for 3 to 5 HP pump set Reassambling complete set including connecting and testing in accordance with manufactures instruction to ensure stipulated performance all as desired to the entire satisfaction of dept.

Note for Item No 11 and 12 :- (i) Quoted rates are also deemed to be included for replacement of gaskets, packing with bearing grease, glands with graphite packing , nuts bolts , washers etc. (iii) Cost of transportation shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for these items. (iv) While taking out pump for repairs , the contractor will make arrengement pluging suction and discharge line with dead flanges, so that pumping of installation is not disturbed and there is no leakage of water.

M & L for painting of motor & pump for removing the existing deteriorated paint by scrapping the complete body along with complete foundation of Pump and Motor and filling the cavities with filter spray painting with Anti corrosive paint, two coats over a coat of red oxide zinc crome for following Capacity:-

(a) Capacity 7.5 HP

(b) Capacity 2 HP to 5 HP

Supply and fix DOL starter in sheet steel enclosure, A/C 3 phase, type MK1, required for up to 7.5 HP motor all as specified directed to the entire satisfaction of dept.

M&L Rolled mild steel in compound girders and stanchions lattice girders, arial masts, staging and the like including caps , bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates,wire mesh etc. conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality -A, for fabrication of shed of pump room with painting of surface for one coat of primer and two coat of enamenled paint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
