Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying/jointing kit/repair of cable and erection of poles complete all as specified and directed

Returning and filling in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil upto depth of 30 cm (8 cm below cable and remaining above cable for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i)Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS - 1255-1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning. (ii) Surplus soil if any shall not be removed but left proud over the trench

Supply and lay well burnt class ‘B’ bricks as mechanical protection to under ground cables laying with length of the bricks equal to the width of the trench all as specified and directed

M&L for replacement of old unserviceable and supply, laying, fixing Double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 75 mm outer dia confirming to IS-14930 (Part-II) of approved colour with fittings for cable protection complete all as directed.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 50 mm outer dia confirming to IS-14930 (Part-II) of approved colour with fittings for cable protection complete all as directed.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 25 mm outer dia confirming to IS-14930 (Part-II) of approved colour with fittings for cable protection complete all as directed.

Supply and jointing as in repair straight through joint outddor type 1100 Volts grade. heat shrinkable type suitable for 3.5 core 70 Sqmm to 150sqmm LT XLPE Cable and testing after jointing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting of steel tubular pole with one coat of alumium paint incl cross arm, bracings, supports, nuts, bolts, of LT OH line from above copping to top of pole and marking with alternate white and black paint strip 30 cm wide (5 Nos) with synthetic enamelled paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for in replacemet erection of steel tubular poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (8.5 meter long) including painting of pole two coats of red oxide and over a one coat synthetic enamel paint (as per existing) with writing of MES pole numbering complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth work and foundation of PCC shall be measured and paid separately in relevant items of schedule.

Supply and fixing in replacment of MCCB 400 Amp, 4 pole 415 v, adjustable type with breaking capacity 36KA with spreader links, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of change over switch on load 4 pole, 415 Volts 50 Hz 160 Amps open execution type mounted on existing any type/ description of LT Panel/ feeder pillar with minor modifications of existing LT Panel/ Feeder Pillar box to fix and connecting terminals and making fresh connections of existing cables are deemed in quoted rate of this item and complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of change over switch on load 4 pole, 415 Volts 50 Hz 125 Amps open execution type mounted on existing any type/ description of LT Panel/ feeder pillar with minor modifications of existing LT Panel/ Feeder Pillar box to fix and connecting terminals and making fresh connections of existing cables are deemed in quoted rate of this item and complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of change over switch on load 4 pole, 415 Volts 50 Hz 125 Amps existing cables are deemed in quoted rate of this item and complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of change over switch on load 4 pole, 415 Volts 50 Hz 100 Amps existing cables are deemed in quoted rate of this item and complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of change over switch on load 4 pole, 415 Volts 50 Hz 63 Amps existing cables are deemed in quoted rate of this item and complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting and taking down of old/ rusted LT feeder pillar box replacement by the LT feeder pillar box CPRI tested firms, outdoor type totally enclosed with front and rear door fixed with hinged type openable type with projected top and raised platform of suitable size weather, dust, vermin and water proof made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick including aluminium bus bar for 3 phase, 415 volts of capacity 300 Amps and half neutral sleeved with coloured sleeves insulation complete painting with powder coated paint including marking by paint of outgoing supply to various locations for identifiaction for the following :- Note :- (i) Initial drawing and design of the panel will be approved by GE. (ii) Suitable size of Stand for LT feeder pillar box made of MS angle iron duly painted with black colour in two coats over the one coat of red oxide primer is deemed to be inclusive of quoted rates. (iii) Cost of transportation from factory to site and labour charges for fixing of panel will deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate.

S & F in replacement of anti climbing device spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round square and flate) including nuts, bolts, washer and welding in two haves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole

S & F in replacement danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white, with letters figures and conventional skull and fixed with MS clampsbolts and nuts of approved size for LT 20x15 cm

S&F in replacement of GI Tube 50 MM Light Grade laid in trenches under road or fixed to wall as mechanical protection for UG Cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of road / PCC path upto the depth of pipes and making good the disturbed surface with PCC 1:2:4 (20mm aggregate) using extra cement including earth work complete all as specified and directed

Boring of holes under Road/Hard Standing for passing of water pipe line upto 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of busbar chamber 100 amp with suitable thickness aluminium busbars 4 way 415 volts 50 HZ wall mounted type including suitable fastners, etc complete all as specified and directed

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode plate of size 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 25x4mm up to test point with suitable GI nuts/bolts and brazed properly up to main board including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with expanded metal, with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel wire mesh and medium grade GI earth strip protection pipe 40mm bore up to main board complete as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES schedule Part-I 2009, connected to earthing testing point including taking out existing unsv earthing complete all as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The units rate includes the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil charcoal & salt in altemate layers, 20mm GI Pipe (light grade) for watering 40mm GI protection pipe (light grade) funnel wire mesh PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 cast iron frame and 40mm thick RCC cover for pit etc & no extra payment will be made.
