M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 with 20 mm graded stone aggegate for pole coping & road crossing etc including foam work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and stringing in replacement ACSR conductor ,any size conductor in accordance with site requirement and binding on insulators by means of aluminium binding wire complete all as specified and directed .

S & F in replacement of galvanised steel wire of dia 4 mm for guard wire, continuous earth wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of Stay assembly of 20 mm stay rod dia complete with loop type insulator, stay clamps, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth Work and concrete shall be mearsured and paid separately.

S & F in replacement cross arms bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections incl nut & bolts , washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, washers in any shape or size including two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in replacement of pin type, porcelain vitreous, white, brown or green insulator incl one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 100 mm height 65mm dia for 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement shackle type porecelain vitreous white brown or green insulator for working pressure 1100 volts of 90mm dia and 75mm height incl galvanised steel straps of 31x3 mm size insulator and 12 mm dia bolt,washer & nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Removing and dismantalling old U/S over head line conductor (ACSR) of any size ( 2/4 line) and then cleaning , restringing in original position incl binding on insulators by means of aluminium binding wire, tapes complete all as specified and directed. (a) The rate quoted are inclusive of cutting/ removing all tree branches/ vegetation around 3 mtrs with 02 run of conductor. (b) Length of span is approx 30 mtrs with 02 run of conductor. (c) Adjusting & tightning of stay assembly shall be done wherever required.

Writing of Pole Nos on 1.5 mtr height from coping of pole, with synthetic enamel paints in 25 CM height , complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in replacement of GI tubing 50mm (Light grade) laid in trenches / under road or fixed to wall as mechnical protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of GI tubing 80mm (Medium grade) , laid in trenches under road as in mechnical protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing & testing in repair cable XLPE insulated in , IS 7098 (Part-I)-1988, ISI marked, screened, PVC sheathed, armoured electric power cable ( heavy duty) with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 Volts of croos sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core with aluminium stranded, laid in trenches / fixed on pole / wall / passed through pipe complete with jointing material of LT Cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Any type of road cutting shall deemed to be be included in quoted rate and making good with PCC shall be measured separately.

Supply and fix in replacement of Bus bar chamber box in sheet metal enclosure of 100 Amps capacity, 4 way, 415 V complete all as specified & directed. Make:Havells Cat Part No IHBC010004 or equavalent as approved.

Supply, installing , testing and commissioning factory made and tested LT Panel box out door type , platform mounted suitable for 3 phase 3 wire, 50 HZ , AC Supply system base bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bar of rating more than 1.5 times of Main Incomer and suitable amps for neutral rating installed on porcelain insulator. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP65 class protection and made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA MS sheet and fabricated with 40x40x6mm thick angle iron frame work for mounting , including PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using stone aggregate foundation and powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside two coats of primer inside and front & back opening type with double door shutter and proper space for cable entry and exit including provision of locking arrangement with 65mm Godrej (freedom) lock - 02 Nos with with following items complete all as specified & directed. :- (a) MCCB 200 Amps , 4 Pole , 25 KA Adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic type - 02 Nos (One Reserve) (b) MCCB 160 Amps , 4 Pole , 25 KA Adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic type - 02 Nos. (One Reserve) (c) MCCB 100 Amps , 4 Pole , 25 KA Adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic type - 02 Nos. (One Reserve) (d) MCB SPN 6-32 Amps - 02 Nos. (e) Phase indicator lamp - 01 set of three (f) Digital volt meter and Amps meter with selector switch - 01 Set Note : Drawing of panel will be approved by Engineer - in - Charge before fabrication.

Material & labour in repair earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate. Connected by 32x6 mm GI strip as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt, thimbles, check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mmx300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4) funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size in (1:2:4) Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) reinforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1 (2009) and specified including and provision of GI strip upto 7.5 mtrs long with 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthling strip to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover.

Note:- The total shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs 84285.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
