Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 , flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing, fixing or passing through pipe , trenches or ducts, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated screened and PVC sheathed armoured electric power LT cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor nominal cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core for working voltage upto including 1100 volts conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I) 1988 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, jointing, fixing or passing through pipe , trenches or ducts, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated screened and PVC sheathed armoured electric power LT cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor nominal cross sectional area 25 sqmm 3.5 core for working voltage upto including 1100 volts conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I) 1988 complete all as specified and as directed.

SMC cable junction box of size 250x200x100mm suitable for street light/PTL, square type , weather proof , IP-54 including fixing of 10Amp MCB SP and clamps , nuts , bolts , washers suitable for fixing to pole/GI pipes including suitable arrangement for cable entry and exit with twin core 2.5 Sqmm PVC Cable laying through PVC conduit from junction box to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed. Make : Sintex Cat Part No. GSJB-2520 or its equivalent approved make. Note : Twin Core PVC Cable 2.5 Sqmm from Junction box to Street Light fitting shall be measured under respective item of BOQ.

Twin core PVC insulated multistranded 1100 volt grade copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm with complete cable connection on street light fitting to looping box complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel galvanised iron tubing light grade for cable protection as in road crossing, along poles, walls, floors, drain of 40mm size fixed with MS clamps, nuts and bolts required complete all as specified and directed.

Steel tubular swaged poles complete with base plate 8mm thick welded with pole, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9m long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including numbering with black paint and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work & excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid under respective Items of BOQ.
