M&L in replacement 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH, PVC insulated (unsheathed) heavy duty cable including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 sqmm copper conductor multistrand FRLSH, PVC insulated (unsheathed) drawn into and including concealed PVC rigid conduit medium grade ISI marked including pressed steel with existing colour terminated boxes of Modular GI sheetr metal flush boxes of any way i.e. (1 to 8 way as per site requirement) for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc for fixing one light/fan/bell point/fan/exhaust fan controlled by one 5/6 A switch and making good disturbed surfaces with CM (1:4) to match with the existing whitewash colour surface complete all as specified and as directed for the following:- (a) Wiring shall be done by using proper colour coding. (b) Earth wire shall be of green colour. (c) On RCC roof/ceiling PVC conduit shall be provided on surface with proper fixing clamps.

All as per the description of serial item No 04 here-in-before but one 5/6 pin socket outlet, 5 amps on the same board complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement point wiring for one light/fan/call bell point controlled by one 5 Amp switch with 1.5 Sqmm PVC (FRLS-H) insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade single core conforming to IS-694-1990 and including one run of continous earth wire to common earth and connected to earth with 1.5 Sqmm PVC (FRLSH) insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable draw in & incl PVC surface casing 'N' capping double lock type to be fixed with the help of rawal plugs & screws incl all fittings such as Tee, connector pieces, L-junction etc on joints including polycarbonate/modular GI sheet metal flush boxes of anyway (as per site requirement) and modular white cover plate with frame for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc for fixing one light/fan/bell point controlled by one switch and making good disturbed surfaces with CM (1:4) to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (a) Wiring shall be done by using proper colour coding. (b) Earth wire shall be of green colour. (c) On RCC roof/celing PVC casing 'N' capping shall be provided on surface with proper fixing clamps all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old burnt out bulk head fitting any type and supply and fix LED bulk head 10W with pressure plastic housing with clear prismatic diffuser, high efficient LEDs IP66 complete all as specified and directed. Make Crompton/Havells/Bajaj

S&F Sheet metal enclousers, VTPN distribution board 4 way 415V, double door with 100A MCCB as incomer complete with rated bus bar and netural link earthing fixed flush in wall including chases wall for fixing DB and making good distrubed wall surfaces to match with existing specification complete al as specified and directed. Note:- Distribution board and MCB's should be same make.

S&F in repairs factory made DB SPN 8 way double door with 200 Amps rated bus bar concealed in wall IP 42/43 protection, 240V for fixing MCB & making good to disturbed surfaces as well as matching with existing whitewash colour/surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: Distribution board and MCB's should be same make.

S&F in replacement 240V, 10 KA, 'C' curve MCB SP and current carrying capacity 6 to 32 amps, in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commisioning complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement SPN 40 Amp rating 240V, 10 KA, 'C' curve MCB and current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commisioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for sub main wiring with proper colour coding, insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor FRLS, cable of 2 run 4 Sq mm for phase and neutral and one run of 4.0 Sq mm for earth wire unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor FRLS, drawn through the existing rigid PVC concealed conduit fixed on wall. Two runs of cable for phase/neutral and one run of cable for earth will be measured and paid as one unit length complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Wiring shall be done in proper colour coding.

M&L in replacement for sub main wiring with proper colour coding, insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor FRLS, cable of 2 run 6 Sq mm for phase and neutral and one run of 6.0 Sq mm for earth wire unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor FRLS, drawn through the existing rigid PVC concealed conduit fixed on wall. Two runs of cable for phase/neutral and one run of cable for earth will be measured and paid as one unit length complete all as specified and directed. Note:-1. Wiring shall be done in proper colour coding. 2. Cutting chases on the wall wherever required is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

S&F in replacement LED round bollard light type 7 watt 230 volt AC outdoor type for 360 degree indirect light IP65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement recess mounted slim LED luminaire with drop down diffuser light 36W 230 volts AC corrosion resistant complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting/taking down exhaust fan of any sweep removing and cleaning the dust properly, painting with same colour good quality synthetic enemelled paint after preparing surface for painting with existing colour shade oiling and greasing of bearing including refixing, rewinding if required and making thet connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made CRCA sheet powder coated double door panel board 2mm thick, of size 65x65x20 cm, with aluminium bus bar, wall mounted type partially grouted in wall with locking arrangement, handle and making good disturbed surface as well as matching with existing whitewash colour/surface and including provn of following and connection all as specified and directed:- (a) MCB TPN 63A, 415 Volts C series- 01 Nos (Incoming) (b) MCB SPN, 32A, 230 Volts-03 Nos (Outgoing for each qtr and 1 common stair case light point) (c) Fixing only existing old energy meter including connection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connecting to GI earth wire of size 4mm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe of 15mm bore including provision of 40mm tk cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (wt no less than 4Kg/sqm) and frame of angle iron 40mmx40mmx6mm with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm dia pipe for watering of suitable length placed on tp edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as per plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connecting to earth test point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and including testing on completion.

Note:-(i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick reinforcement with 8mm TOR steel @ 100 c/c in lieu of CI cover and the rate includes in the unit rate of item. (ii) Earth electrode shall be protected upto test point using necessary arrangement with suitable size GI pipe up to 7.50m and the rate includes in the unit rate of item. (iii) Earth pit chamber and RCC cover shall be painted with red paint over a primer coat and the rate includese in the unit rate of item. (iv) The earth chamber shall be constructed 5m away from the edge of the bldg pit and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rate for this item.

Supplying, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 Sqmm, 3.5 core flat cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for laying of underground cables, errection of poles, struts / stays etc including taking out cable cover or stone slab, not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated any type of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning to undergound cable with using a layer of sand 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm after laying the cable (10cm punned thickness above the top of the upper most cable, total 18cm), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L old size brick class "B" as in cable protection laid dry,flat,transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equalto length of the brick complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 40mm bore galvanised iron, light grade (ISI marked) laid in trenches / fixed on wall / poles etc for protection of cable, including taking out old tubing complete all as specified and as directed.
