Material and Labour street light bracket made out from GI Pipe 40 mm bore light grade 1.20 meter long bent to required shape and fixing to poles etc including fixing of clamps, nuts, bolts etc as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L two runs of 1.5sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable with one run of 1.5sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade with multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn through 20mm dia PVC conduit and conduit accessories (conduit upto bracket) all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- PVC conduct pipe will be paid and measured seperately

M&L PVC Conduct pipe 20mm dia ISI marked medium grade for protection of PVC cable with all fittings, clamps, nuts , bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised strip of size 32 x 6 mm earth continuity coductor by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-I 2009, connected to main switch board all as specified. Necessary excavation, earthwork, PCC works and CI earth pit cover with watering pipe 20 mm dia GI Pipe medium grade, funnel with wire mesh and lugs, and 40 mm dia GI Pipe medium grade for protection of earthstrip complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. (Earthing for LT Panel-02)

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to the galvanised earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts hook nuts and washers of galvanization of steel all as shown in electrical plate no 3 connected to earthing testing point all as specified or indicated including testing on completions.

Supply and fix GI tubing Light grade 40mm dia to pole with necessary 2 x clamps , nuts , bolts washers for each incoming and outgoing cable of street light junction box complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth in a hard/dense soil for laying underground cables/ errection of steel tubular poles / stay pit etc all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for laying dry bricks old size with subclass 'B' made of burnt clay best quality locally available with permissible tolerance, laid straight trench for protection of cable all as specified and directed

Returning and filling in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil upto depth of 30 cm (8 cm below cable and remaining above cable for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil complete all as specified and directed. Note- Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance n.exc 50 m and depostimg where directed at alevel n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded for foundation of PCC pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded for foundation of PCC pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for coping bed block around poles, incl necessary form work finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
