Supplying, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm, 4 core flat cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm, 4 core flat cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm, 4 core flat cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm, 2 core flat cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for laying of underground cables, errection of poles, struts / stays etc including taking out cable cover or stone slab, not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 10 here in above but exceeding 1.5mtr but not exceeding 3 mtr in depth complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated any type of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning to undergound cable with using a layer of sand 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm after laying the cable (10cm punned thickness above the top of the upper most cable, total 18cm), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L old size brick class "B" as in cable protection laid dry,flat,transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equalto length of the brick complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F tube 'light grade' galvanized pipe of 40mm dia with all fitting for cable protection, laid in trenches, fixed to wall and floor by MS shaddle & fixed with pole, 02 position by MS clamp made of 40x5mm MS flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate as in foundation of pole, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate for copling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing & testing 45W LED street light fitting IP66 powder coated pressure die cast aluminum high power LED street light with heat resistant toughened glass with lens embedded PC cover complete with all accessories duly prewired and suitable fixing arrangement for mounting on existing MS frame bracket including connecting the fitting complete and including disconnecting and taking out existing street light fitting of any description and in any position on street light poles complete all as specified and directed. Note: GI pipe bracket and clamps if required shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, fixing & testing 90W LED street light fitting IP66 powder coated pressure die cast aluminum high power LED street light with heat resistant toughened glass with lens embedded PC cover complete with all accessories duly prewired and suitable fixing arrangement for mounting on existing MS frame bracket including connecting the fitting complete and including disconnecting and taking out existing street light fitting of any description and in any position on street light poles complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repairs cable junction box made of thermoplatic, halogen free, weather proof with metric knock outs for cable entry including four/five pole terminals and cable entry glands for incoming, out going and connection cable with protection grade IP-66/67 of size 205 x 255 x 112mm and suitable for LT under ground cable any size/capacity including bracing clamp, bolts, nuts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable bracket complete and S&F 32 mm dia GI light grade pipe , 1.2 metre long bent to shape at 120 degree angle with bracket bent to shape by cutting & welding as required & directed and fixed to pole with two Nos of FI clamps 40x5 mm to be tightened with bolts, nut and washers and including painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Fabricating, testing and commissioning of factory made LT panel board made out of CRCA sheet 3mm thick outdoor type totally enclosed with front opening hinged doors with canopy sloped top projected and floor mounted , weather and water proof as per IS-8623 with necessary locking arrangement all as specified and directed including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer , internal electric connections as required suitable to accommodate the following:- (a) MCCB 63A,16KA 4 pole -1No (b) Timer switch, light sensing type with contactor 32 Amps suitable for 3 phase distribution with enclosure (Nature timer switch 3 phase of load 1 KW)-01 Nos (c) Aluminium busbar 200 amps TPN-04 Nos (02 set as incoming & outgoing) (d) Digital voltmeter 0-500 volts with selector switch-01 Nos (e) Digital Amp meter 0-500 amp with selector switch & CI 01 No. (f) Indicator lamp LED type (R,Y,B) complete with bakelite fuse fitting- 01 Set (g) Cable entry gland and two Nos earthing terminal

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI earthing strip 32x6mm by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and protected by 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe upto test point or upto main switch board / electric equipment / pole / lightning arrestor / HT/LT equipments / GODO switch etc, fixing with 02 Nos nuts and bolts and protection pipe fixed with and including flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate packed layer 15 cm thick of charcoal or coke and common salt all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, PCC chamber pit made with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, Pit cover 40mm thick made with RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including TMT reinforcement 8mm dia @ 75mm c/c both way, MS handle 12mm dia, cover rest on MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm embeded in concrete duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Protection pipe and GI earthing strip upto electric equipment from top of earth plate shall be included in the unit rate of this item. (iii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 40mm dia GI light grade pipe 2.0m long with bracket bent to shape by cutting & welding as required & directed and fixed to pole with two Nos of FI clamps 40x5mm to be tightened with bolts, nuts and washer and including painting with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs LED driver suitable for street/flood light 45 to 60 watt working on 230 volts AC supply complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing PCC cable cover class IV type-I of size 250x150x40mm laid in perpendicular to the cable abutting each other complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate in coping including necessary form work and finishing exposed surfaces fair & even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate for base (bottom of pit for Bed Concrete) including necessary forn work and finished exposed surfaces fair & even complete all as specified and directed.

S&F air termination vertrical type, single pointed made with 12mm dia 300mm long aluminium rod including necessary fixing arrangements with aluminium bolts, nuts, lead wasters etc. complete and incl provision of GI tubing light grade 40mm dia, 300mm long embedded in PCC block (size 30cm x 30cm x 30cm) one end and other end fitted with air termination rod complete all as specified and directed.

S&F horizontal/down conductors, aluminium strip of size 25x3.15mm and incl epoxy insulator bus bar type 40mm thick at an interval of 60cm apart for lightening protection on roof and for down conductors, including all fixing arrangements and aluminium nuts, bolts & washers complete all as per IS-2309-1989 and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Aluminium strip shall be jointed with rivets (minimum 04 Nos).

Test point terminal block made out and gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw for fixing the same on wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm from earth pit to test point provided all around the bldg for lightening protection laid in trenches/fixed to walls on epoxy insulators with bolts, check nuts etc and connecting up complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring for one light/fan/call bell point controlled by one 5/6 Amp switch with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH, PVC insulated (unsheathed) heavy duty cable including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 sqmm copper conductor multistrand FRLSH, PVC insulated (unsheathed) drawn into and including new concealed PVC rigid conduit medium grade, ISI marked including pressed steel with existing colour terminated boxes of Modular GI sheet Metal flush Boxes of any way i.e. (1 to 8 way as per site requirement) for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Wiring shall be done by using proper colour coding (b) Earth wire shall be of green colour (c) On RCC roof/celing PVC conduit shall be provided on surface with proper fixing clamps all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F single pole and neutral enclosure with 1 two pin and earth plug and a socket complete with one single pole C type MCB, 20 Amp, 240 volts ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sub main wiring with proper colour coding, insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor FRLS-H, cable of 2 run 4 Sq mm for phase and neutral and one run of 4.0 Sq mm for earth wire unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor FRLS-H, drawn through the existing rigid PVC concealed conduit fixed on wall. Two runs of cable for phase/neutral and one run of cable for earth will be measured and paid as one unit length complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Wiring shall be done in proper colour coding.

S&F GI pipes 15mm bore ISI marked medium grade with all fittings complete fixed on floor/wall with and including clamp including vent pipe etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting & screwing exsiting steel tubing 15mm dia bore size for alternations or addtions required for connection with inlet pipe of Geyser complete all as specifiedand directed.

S&F angle cock with flange 15mm bore heavy duty fancy type chromium plated with long shank and cup concealed in wall complete all as specified and directed.
