S&F galvanised iron strip of size 32x6mm buried in ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L checking earth resistance of chemical/normal earthing and maintaining the resistance as required, earth resistance tester will be provided by the contractor and will be recorded in register, same will be put up to Engineer-in-Charge through JE E/M. Contractor will be responsible for pouring of water in the earth pits at his own arrangement with water tanker etc. However, water will be provided by the Department complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Checking of earth pits existing and improve it by watering, adding of chemical etc. (Chemical will be meaured and paid separately). (b) Contractor will be responsible for marking of earth check date and due date on existing plate with paint as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (c) Cost of register for noting earthing results, location wise shall be deemed to be included with the unit rate.

M&L supply and fixing of earth pit 125mm dia with FRP earth pit cover of top size 200x200mm bottom size 300x300mm with height 150mm with lockable lid, earth pit cover shall be made of poly plastic tested at 7.5 ton lead for closing of earth pits complete all as specified and directed.

M&L replacement of PCC pit in cement concrete 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) with cast iron cover 10mm thick hinged, cast iron frame, MS rod 6mm, funnel as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I including excavation work required at site, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L checking of any breaking in the link of earth strip/wire of galvanised/copper/aluminium any size and jointing them by exothermic welding or brazing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L taking out loose/displaced serviceable aluminium strip/copper strip/GI strip of any size and any description with accessories and refixing the same with necessary fixing arrangement like screws, saddles, nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of screws, saddles, nuts and bolts etc. will be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.

M&L replacement/maintenance Free UL approved copper bonded earth rod of 10 feet length 17.2mm dia made of high tensile low carbon steel rod, molecularly bonded with 99.9% electrolyte grade copper on outer surface (minimum copper bonding thickness-250 microns) jointed with copper bus bar of size 50x6x200mm with exothermic joint comlete all as specified and directed.

Supply and pouring of RoHS tested earth enhancement compound after mixing with water tested by NABL accredited lab in compliance to IEC 62561-7 with a resistivity 0.12v ohm. It shall be free from bentonite and other hazardous substances. It shall be permanent, non-corrosive material and will not leach any chemicals into the ground. It shall retain moisture even in high soil resistivity areas complete all as specified and directed. Note: Measurement of chemical will be done in powder form.

M&L boring in loose/soft soil upto 200mm dia, by means of hand/machine drill, upto 3 meter depth from ground level and pouring of sufficient water for at least 3 times per day for two days and making hole under reference ready for pouring of chemical complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of Pre-cast RCC cover with handle 02 nos and hole of dia 40mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) of size 540x540x60, reinforced with and including 10mm dia TMT bars @ 250mm centre to centre in both ways complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) provided around PCC earthing pit chamber/FRP earth pit cover of platform 900x900x100mm with fair finished concrete surface including necessary formwork and earth, work as required/ordered at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F copper strip 20x3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws for Roof/Earth conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of copper clad steel conductor of dia 10mm, 250 micron copper bonding with copper thimbles, saddles and fixing screws for roof/earth conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of galvanised iron tubing/pipe 25mm bore dia, light grade for wire protection, fixed in walls/floors with suitable type of clamps etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of galvanised iron tubing/pipe 40mm bore dia, light grade for strip protection, fixed in walls/floors with suitable type of clamps etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI pipe light grade of size 50mm bore for erection of lightening conductor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of air termination single pointed aluminium rod 16mm dia and 500mm long with arrester clamp 16mm made out of brass/gun metal including provision of cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block 300x300x300mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of air termination single pointed copper rod 16mm dia and 500mm long with arrester clamp 16mm made out of brass including provision of cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block 300x300x300mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of air termination single pointed copper rod 16mm dia and 500mm long with galvanised steel strip tubing 40mm bore dia, 1.50 metre long, light grade with all fittings with arrester clamp 16mm made out of brass including provision of cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block 300x300x300mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of mild steel sheet of size approximate 300x200x1.6mm thick sheet egg type, half round type, rectangular type and triangular type with welded 1" (Inch) dia 2" (Feet) long mild steel pipe with duly different synthetic enamelled paint cutting of equipment earthing/lightening arrester Earthing/Signal Earthing etc. complete duly painted as specified and marking of earth plate number/description of earthing/type of earthing on plate with white paint including earth plate No. and earthing resistance with earthing check date and earthing check due date complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of arrester clamp for lightening arrestor of size 16mm made out of brass complete all as specified and directed.

M&L removal of green vegetation and dressing around the earthing pits/plinth/coping/PCC hardstanding upto 1.5 mtr mtr etc including disposal of vegetation/material up to 50 mtr distance from the site and levelling/surfacing the ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cm/6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earth work PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 with 15cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 10mm dia round bar including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternative layers of 15cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20mm bore galvanised iron watering pipe (meidum grade) wire mesh, lugs complete in all respect, GI earth strip protected by 40mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with main switch board or earthing test point as directed including proper lugs, including disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and necesasry testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the unsv earthing supply installation, testing and commissioning of maintenance free compound based electrode earthing with following specification:- (a) Type- Copper Bond Rod (b) Material- Low carbon steel core (SAE 1018) (c) Length- 3000mm (d) Dia of rod- 17mm (e) Terminal- U bolt clamp or equivalent (f) Terminal- U bolt clamp or equivalent (g) Tolerance in length = + 20mm (h) Tolerance in diameter = + 1.0mm (j) Tolerance in thickness = + 0.03mm (k) Current with stand = 10KA for 1.0 sec and 25 KA peak (l) Frequency = 50 Hz (m) Back fill compound = Baron Electric (ROHS Certification) (n) PIT cover + FRP or EPCC (o) Granular material resistance = 0.001 Ohm (p) Mixer ratio with cement= 3.1 Note: Electrode top terminal shall be sealed permanently packed with consuctive concrete and CU bonded strip taken out be terminated on earth test point and equipped terminal.

The primary air terminal is a vertical conductive rod having a strip tip at one end the secondary air terminal (04 Nos) formed on a bowk shaped circular disc are fixed on vertical rodes further the actual points of the secondary terminals are spaced and placed in such a way to receive the maximum side flashes work shall be executed complete all as specified and directed. S&F 1x70 Sqmm copper cable single core for inter connections with clamps on wall floor complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for laying of cables, errection of poles, struts / stays etc including taking out cable cover or stone slab, not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F DWC (Double wall corrugated) pipe of size 40mm outer dia and 32mm inner dia confirming to IS: 14930 Part-II for protection of strip/cable including necessary pipe fittings such as couplers, end caps, bend etc fixed to wall/roof/pole/trench as required with suitable clamps for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L lightening conductor assembly made out of GI pipe light grade of size 50mm bore alongwith welded flange, fixed on the RCC roof of the bldgs with drilling/making hole and provide fastners, rubber washer 6mm thick of suitable size at one end & GI reducer socket 50 x 40mm at another end connected with GI pipe light grade of size 40mm bore with one end GI reducer socket to connect air termination & connector for earth strip duly fixed with necessary fastners, nuts, bolts & washers in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 45cm x 45cm x 45cm complete all as specified and driected. Note: GI pipe 50mm (1.5RM for each)/40mm (1.0 RM for each) & air termination shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Water leak protection has to be ensured, pre resin based chemical anchoring system.

M&L lightening conductor assembly fixed on the AC sheet roof with drilling/making hole and provide rubber washer 6mm thick of suitable size to connect air termination & connector for earth strip duly fixed with necessary nuts, bolts, washers making leaking proof to roof complete all as directed. Note: Air termination shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item.

M&L overlap jointing of adll requirements of aluminium strips by making drilling holes 02 Nos with brass/GI nuts, bolts and lead washers complete as required as per materials complete all as specified and directed.

S&F procelain insulator of required size not exceeding than 10cm long with two nos hole each on both ned for fixing properly with fastner, nuts & bolts on wall & roof of building for separated earthing strip from building all as required at site & directed. Note: (i) Water leak protection has to be ensured, pure resin based chemical anchoring system.

M&L earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600x600x3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m m below normal ground level, connected to copper earth strip 25x3.15mm upto 7.5 mtr protection pipe by means of copper bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers incl excavation, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber with RCC cover (1:2:4) type B0, 40mm thick reinforced with 6mm dia bar, 3 Nos both way, 40mm dia light grade GI protection pipe, funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe of size 20mm dia medium grade, lugs, main earthing lead upto 7.5mtr including charcoal dust, salt etc. all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I specification. Note:- (i) The excess requirement (of more than 7.5 mtr) of copper strip, GI protection pipe 40m dia and their joints for connecting upto the test point will be measured and paid separately. (ii) The excavation exceeds if any of the above will be deemed to be included in the item rate.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring and paving's not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed.
