Cutting/ trimming of tree branches clearing 5 metres horizontal and 5 metres vertical distance from both sides of HT conductor including removing branches from site, complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) Clearing branches from both sides of conductor in between two consequtive poles shall be considered as one span irrespective of distance between poles. (ii) Cost of T&P required for cutting and removing branches shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted by bidder.

Renewal of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm including cutting and removing existing unserviceable joint, including earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Renewal of pin type insulator porcelain, vitreous, white/brown or green including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 150mm dia and 150mm height for working pressure 11000 volts grade includng taking down existing insulators and removing from site, complete all as specified.

All as per Srl Item No 16 above but post type insulator includng taking down existing insulators and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Renewal of disc type insulator, 145 mm height 255 mm dia suitable for 11000 volts HT grade porcelain vitreous white,brown or green including galvanized mild steel sectional straps 38X5mm, insulator bolts dia 20mm, washers and nuts includng taking down existing insulators and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Overhauling i.e greasing, cleaning of GOD and adjustment of its operation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting HT 11 KV grade XLPE cable of any size from structure/pole/transformer for finding fault and its location including cutting faulty cable to facilitate joint and testing remaining part of cable for any further fault using cable fault locating equipment including bringing approved cable fault locating equipment & to be taken back after finding fault is over all complete as specified and directed. Note : The quoted rate shall include for earth work. Joints shall be measured and paid for seperately

Calibration of digital/IDMT protective relays of 11 KV Panel (OCB/VCB's) Testing of 11 KV CONTROL & RELAY PANEL Includes Main Protection Relay,Back up protection (O/C & E/F relay for all features like Inverse O/C,Inverse E/F, High Set O/C, High Set E, F etc. Along with pick up & dropoff volts for all auxiliary relays like Master trip , Trip circuit supervision,Checking and tightening of wiring connections at all terminals points/ at relays, inspecting wirings for any open circuit, short circuit & damaged inulations. and preparition inpection data sheet of existing feeder re-programming input data into relays (OCHS, EFHS, OCLS, EFLS, CTR, TDS etc) complete testing by injecting current in CT primary and measure secondary current at 11 KV, control and relay panel for metering, protection relay plug settings intended in service through current injection in CT primary and ratio including complete polarity test complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Gen back up required during testing shall be arranged by contractor for which rate are deemed to be included in item rate 2. All testing shall be carried out in presence of eng in charge and test certificate shall be submitted in duplicate duly signed by contractor

Replacement of defective relays with digital protective relays 3 phase over current and earth fault (04 NO - Programmable i.e. 2NO + 2NC programmable) with high set, CT rating 5A, Aux. supply 24 -110V, TMS range 0.01 - 1.6, 35mm LCD Display, including initial setting of parameters as per existing load of feeder/transformer, in replacement against ser item 1 here in before in existing panel including addition/alteration as required at site, testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : as per sample or equivelent as approved by AGE (I).

Renewal of lightning arresters (Set of three) expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp for 11000 volts including taking out old unservicable arrester and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration, filtration, heating and refilling of old transformers oil after testing the same for dielectric strenghth not less than 45 KV (RMS). Note:- (a) Dehydration and filtration can be carried out at site by dehydration machine otherwise the same shall be got done from the manufacturing workshop of transformers complete all as specified.(b) Contractor shall ensure no wastage of transformer oil.(c) Safety of transformer during filteration shall solely be the responsibility of contractor and any damaged caused to transformer during the operation of filteration shall be made good by contractor at his own and no claim for any expanditure on this account shall be entertained during execution of work or later stage.(d) Contractor shall ensure that the conservator tank are full before starting the dehyderation.(e) Testing of transformer oil for BDV and acidity as per IE rules all as specified and directed.(f) Test results shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge equipment wise.

Transformer oil at various location at site as directed, transformer oil Confirming to IS: 335 having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV complete including centrifuging of oil (if required) up to getting dielectric strength near 60 KV all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Make:- Power oil & Equivalent approved by GE Note :(i) Transformer oil shall be supply only in sealed barrels (ii) Item Rate includes transportation & T&P reqiuired

Disconnecting/dismantling in position of 11 KV distribution transformers 63 KVA to 100 KVA capacity for any type of leakage/defect at LT/HT bushing, gasket, drain plug etc., after disconnecting of electric supply and earth connections, Transporting to workshop/ factory for repair , drain out transformer oil and keeping in close containers for re-use, lifting/removing of top cover of transformer if it requires, re-assembling of transformer with S&F of new gasket set assembly, replacement of nuts, bolts and washers, as required at site, re filling of Transformer oil, complete after electric connections and testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) If retrieved transformer oil's di-electric strength is very less, then it will be replaced with new one in relevent items.as directed by engineer encharge. (ii) If any items like winding of HT coil,Reconditioning of LT coil,spares like breather ,silica jel shall be measured in approriate item for smooth functioning of transformer including general , the cost of the same will be deemed to be included in the unit rates. (iii) Any minor item like nut ,bolt are included in the item rate (iv) Transportation to workshop and back to site /and required T&P like crane etc are to be arranged by contractor rate for which is dimmed to be included in the item

Rewinding of HT coil of transformer with super enameled double paper covered copper winding wire of existing size and Nos of turns alongwith insulating materials like latheorised paper insulations cotton, tape/empire tape, wooden block packing and PVC sleeves soldering and varnishing with insulating varnish,de moisterizing , heating , drying etc including primary testing ,ratio testing,no load testing,core bolt insulation testing complete .Note : Rewinding and testing of transformer to be carried out through approved firm.

Labour only for taking out unserviceable winding wire and material and labour for Reconditioning of LT copper strip existing size including Insulating material with latheorised paper insulation, cotton tapes empire tapes, wooden block packing and PVC sleeve soldering and varnishing with insulating varnish, heating drying, testing of colis etc complete Transformer capacity of 63 to 400 KVA Note : Reconditioning and testing of transformer to be carried out through approved firm.

HT bushing out door/In door type 11 KV, HV made up of free machining brass rod complete with neoprene seal rings, locking nuts as per IS 3347/1967 complete with porcelain bushing and gasket etc complete with current rating up to 250 Amps , complete all as specified.

LT bush rod out door/In door type 1.1 KV L.V made up of free machining brass rod complete with neoprene seal ring, locking nuts and other accessories of working current rating 250 Amps 20mm as per IS 3347/1967, complete all as specified.

LT bush rod out door/In door type 1.1 KV L.V made up of free machining brass rod complete with neoprene seal ring, locking nuts and other accessories of working current rating 400 Amps 25mm as per IS 3347/1967 , complete all as specified.

Disconnecting HT/LT and earth termination connections from transformer, taking down the transformers from plinth/platform and loading into the vehicle; transporting the same to workshop for carrying out necessary repairs and back ,reconnecting HT/LT connections at site and charging the transformer on load, commissioning and testing including meggar test at site all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Draining out transformer oil, dismantling top cover alongwith conservator tank, taking out core assembly after disconnecting connections, rewinding with same size and type of copper conductor and number of turns and insulating material such as paper insulator sleeves, heating etc. Putting back the core assembly into the tank after removing sludge and replacement of HT & LT bushing complete with brass terminal, refixing top cover and conservator including replacement of gasket, nut, bolts & washers (filling new transformer oil having 60 KV dielectric strength and carring out type tests as per IS 2026 in presence of Engineer - in - charge for the capacity 65/100/200/250/400 KVA of transformer , complete all as specified. Note : (i) New transformer oil and its filling shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of schedule. (ii) Cost of rewinding material, insulation material and spares of transformer shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch . (iii) Replacement of spares will be on required basis all as directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Disconnecting HT/ LT and earth termination connections from Trolley Mounted Transformer (400 KVA Cap.) and towing the same to a location, within 5 KMs, as directed by Engr-in-Charge including M&L for making of HT/ LT and earth termination connections of the Trolley Mounted Transformer to the existing electric distribution system in Indoor/Outdoor Substation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i).Trolley Mounted transformer will be issued to contractor by MES however Contractor has to make his own arrangements of towing vehicle. (ii) The rate also includes disconnecting of HT/ LT and earth termination connections of Trolley Mounted Transformer and towing the same to a location as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with copper earth plate 600x600x3.15mm thick electrode thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to 20x3 mm copper strip (as earth lead strip), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 40 mm bore including provn of concrete pit in plain cement concrete M-15 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of rainforced cement concrete M-15 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.

M & L in replacement for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to walls on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipes or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 8mmdia galvanised iron wire all as specified.
