Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm well graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling in mass concrete, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete block masonry (1:3:6) type C1 with solid block exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing Plain cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm well graded stone aggregate as in coping, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing pre-cast reinforced cement concrete landing, cover slabs (for man holes etc), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar items with plain faces in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm well graded stone aggregate and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete, all as specified and directed..

M & L for mild steel / TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel / TMT steel bars 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:4) on on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface even and smooth using water proofing compound (WPC) & without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 100 mm internal dia salt glazed stone ware pipe Grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm well graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes of 100 mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for Gully traps salt glazed stoneware (SGSW) square or round mouthed type 'P' of size 180x100mm for drain pipes, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm internal dia salt glazed stone ware pipe Grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed, complete, all as specified and directed.

M& L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm well graded stone aggregate as in bed of drain for 150mm bore pipe incl packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested for 150mm dia pipes, complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F of 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm dia bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius, complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm dia bore PVC (SWR) bends with access door any radius, complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm dia bore PVC (SWR) junction single 'T' equal or unequal, complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm dia bore PVC (SWR) junction single 'T' equal or unequal with access door, complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) 110 mm bore vent cowl, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 using 40 mm well graded stone aggregate as in surface channel or drain or benching in manhole, complete, all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc, complete, all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil, complete, all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point, complete, all as specified and directed.

Construction of 50 users Septic tank to carry sewage and sludge water, complete all as specified and shown in Drg No. STD 1320 (C) Sheet 1/3 to 3/3 of Chief Engineer Chandigarh Zone and directed. Note:- (a) Excavation and earth work shall be in any type of soil. (b) Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, set in CM 1:4 shall be used in walls in lieu of Brick masonry / stone masonry as shown in drawings. (c ) The width of Precast cement concrete (20mm graded stone aggregate ) type C-1 block masonry in walls shall be as 700 / 600 / 500 / 400 mm in lieu of width of Brick masonry 690 / 575 / 460 / 345 mm respectively as shown in drawings. (d) RCC work where ever shown in drawings as in base slab, baffle walls , Vent shaft, manhole openings with cover connection, roof slab etc . shall be RCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate. (e) The cost of all above provisions and other provisions as shown in drawings shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates of this item and nothing extra shall be entertained on this account.

Construction of Soakage well 1.80 m dia and 3.0 m effective depth complete all as specified and shown in Drg No. STD 1173 (C) Sheet 1R/2 of Chief Engineer Chandigarh Zone and as directed. NOTE:- (a) Excavation and earth work shall be in any type of soil. (b) Foundation in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate. (c) Honey combing brick walls masonry as shown in drawing. (d) Brick bats filling as shown in drawings (e) RCC work where ever shown in drawings shall be RCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate (f) The cost of all above provisions and other provisions as shown in drawings shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates of this item and nothing extra shall be entertained on this account.

Note:- The total shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs 23060.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
