Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light ,fan,socket or power) complete fixture and fittings such as switches ,ceiling rose, regulators,sockets etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separatly) and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors etc.

M & L for Point wiring with copper conductor cable multistrand, PVC sheathed 1.5 Sqmm size for one light point ,fan point, exhaust fan point or bell point controlled by one switch including one run of 1.5 Sqmm multistrand PVC Concealed conduit of approved size and quality ISI marked, (in stone/brick/block masonary) including all other required modular accessories like metal flush box, cover plate with frame plates of suitable sizes grouting/flushing on wall for mounting fittings like modular switch, sockets etc in brick masonary/Stone masonary wall complete including cutting,chasing, pinning and making good the disturbed surface by using cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note:-the rate for point wiring shall deemed to include the cost of cutting,chasing in wall by using electric cutter and making good the disturbed surface of wall by providing cement plasterand matching the surface by white wash/colour wash all as per existing finishes complete).

All as per Srl item No 2 here in before but for one 5 amps socket out let on same board.
