To perform servces and execute the works upon the term and conditions contained or referred in the MES standard schedule of rates 2009 Part I together with errata/amendements 1 to 3, Particular specification and SSR 2020 Part II rates together with errata/amendements 1 to 122as applicable to the Schedule 'A', 'B', 'C' & 'D' (and in IAFW-2249 referred to as the MES Schedule alongwith ammendment Nos. 1 to 49 and errata 1 to 20. Contractor to insert their rate percentage by opting Less or Excess option for below or above the rates contained in MES SSR-2020 (Part-II)-Rates. If net Schedule Rates are offered AT PAR with MES Schedule, '0' should be inserted in percentage box. The Less/Excess percentage inserted by the contractor shall be deemed firm irrespective of calculations/ amount generated elsewhere in this BOQ template. The Contractor shall be allowed to insert the percentage only upto two decimal places. NOTE : (i) Irrespective of amount generated in BOQ template, the net contract sum shall be as shown in Appendix 'A' to Notice of e-Tender. (ii) Total work orders amount (including quoted percentage ) will not be increased from the estimated cost of work.Work orders shall be placed by Engr-In- Charge as per requirement.
