M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6-8mm dia bar cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for stirrups, etc. and binding with mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Use and Waste of flat Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and also to the sides of column; vertical or to batter rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete type B-0, 25mm thick 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm & n exc 20cm in width type C1,1:3:6 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over and incl a coat of white wash complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Construction of soak well 1.20 dia and 3.00 m effective depth as specified on STD 1173(C) sheet 1R/2 with following specification free board as per site requirement in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed with top ring of 1:1.5:3 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of precast cement concrete (20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonary in CM RCC STD 1173(C) sheet 1R/2 Note :- (i) Precast cement concrete (20mm graded stone aggregate) C-1 block masonary in Walls as stone boulders filling will be done in lieu of brick bats filling in lieu brick bats where ever shown in drawings.

Supplying and laying of CPVC 20 mm outer dia of pipes, SDR-11 & special CPVC SDR-11 brass fittings in trenches, etc., and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S&F 500 litres capacity rotational moulded, triple layer polythene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisting and fixed in position on roofs including fittings, & 20 mm bore Ball valve, high pressure, of PTMT (Min Wt 210 gms) with epoxy coated aluminum rod and high density polythene float and flynut complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete of post holes, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for rolled steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) of Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new or untreated surface of iron and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and incl a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, 100 mm thick, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub-base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete cast in situ 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edge including use of formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with using approved colour coding as per IS 1.5 Sqmm multistranded,1100 volt grade copper conductor cable of PVC insulated and unsheathed type alongwith 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for continuous earthing in & incl PVC Conduit with accessories having ISI mark fixed on wall surfaces / ceiling including provision PVC Box on top for fixing switches sockets etc. all as specified for one light point/ fan /Bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 26 here-in-before but for one multipin socket outlet 15 Amp, on independent board, using 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of switch piano type 5 Amp, 230 Volt, flush button single pole one way complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of switch piano type 15 Amp, 230 Volt, flush button single pole one way complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

S & F of socket outlet multi pin 15 Amp 230 Volt flush type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing surface & wall mounted LED 20W tube light fitting 4 feet with high quality material and design, extruded aluminium housing enhances safety. Supply and fixing LED Security light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of PVC Terminal /junction pole box, 4 pole strips, mounted on DMC insulator and MCB SP 6 Amps, 10 KA, Size 310 x 210 x 120mm and fixed with MS flat iron clamps to pole complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F bracket made of GI pipe light grade 40mm bore bend to shape in 120 degree of 1.2 m in length suitable for fixing street light luminaire and fixed on wall/pole including necessary MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix of 2 runs of 1.5 Sqmm PVC FRLS insulated stranded copper cable for connection of street light including PVC conduit 20 mm external dia, fixed on pole with proper clamping/ saddling etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of sheet metal enclosure double door for DBs TPN for 8 way 415 volt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F MCB TPN 40 Amp, 10 KA in accordance with IS/IEC:60947-2 & 60898-1, 415V, 50 Hz, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F MCB SP 6-32 Amp, 10 KA in accordance with IS/IEC:60947-2 & 60898-1, 240V, 50 Hz, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with GI steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to GI earth wire of 4 mm dia protected by GI protection pipe light grade of 40mm bore dia from mechanical injury, 20 mm medium grade for watering with funnel, including test point up to 7.5 meter from earth pit, adequate quantity of common salt, charcoal dust, chemical and connected to test point by means of bolts and nuts washers made out of GI all as shown in Electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I including necessary earthwork and excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type mix cover slab with 6mm dia MS bars at 100mm dia both ways with MS hook 6mm dia MS bars etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: 1. Suitable quantity of charcoal, common salt, funnel, GI pipe required for watering, pit & CI pit cover etc is deemed to be included in quoted rate and lead wire used beyond 7.5m from pit cover will be measured separately. 2. On testing after completion if the desired resistance is not obtained the earthing shall be re-done at no extra cost.

Supply, laying, commisisioning and testing cable XLPE insulated IS 7098(part-i)-1988, ISI marked screened, PVC sheathed, steel armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminum stranded conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts, cross sectional area of cable 10 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches /fixed on pole/wall/passed through pipe/cutting of road with making good wherever required as per site including jointing and testing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for laying dry old size bricks with subclass 'B' made of burnt clay best quality locally available with permissible tolerance, laid straight in trench for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in soil in two parts:- (i) Using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil up to depth of 30 cm (8cm below cable and remaining above cable for cushioning of cable, (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc., as per IS 1255-1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Supply, laying and testing 3 layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN-16), UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot and cold water, including all PP-R Plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fitting of size 25mm (outer diameter of pipe), complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be paid separately.

Supply & fixing PP-R Ball Valve (brass inserted) suitable for PPR pipe line of size 25mm (outer dia), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing PP-R Gate Valve (brass inserted) suitable for PPR pipe line of size 25mm (outer dia), complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of Existing water supply main any size upto 25 mm for taking branch connection including screwing of old steel tube, insertion of Tee unequal complete all as required at site, specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Each cut shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, installation, Testing, and Commisioning fuel free solid waste disposal system machine of capacity 50 KG/Hour with pollution control device of following description as below:- Make: Model EWD 50PCD ECO Warriors or eqvt as recommended by Engr-in-charge and approved by GE before installation of the system. Notes:- (A) Material: Non Corrosive mild carbon steel of IS 2062 GRADE B category cylindrical chamber as specified by BIS, having minimum thickness of 6mm, manufactured by Jindal Steel or equivalent. (B) Dimensions: 1. Upper cone, dia 600mm height-580mm, thckness-6mm. 2. Cylindrical chamber dia 600mm, height-650mm, thickness-6mm. 3. Lower cone dia 600mm, height-550mm, thickness-6mm. 4. Loading door height - 400mm, width-450mm. 5. Inspection door height-150mm, width-250mm. 6. Ash door size- 300mm.

Material and Labour for Comprehensive Warranty/AMC of the Solid waste disposal system machine of capacity 50 kg/Hr complete all as mentioned below and as directed by Engr-in-charge from the date of completion of the work:- (a) Two years replacement warranty from the date of completion of the work incl necessary AMC (all machine parts, cleaning included). (b) After warranty, Comprehensive AMC for the period of four years of the complete system. All as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for item No 48 & 49: Contractor may visit the site and submit the Drgs & approved the Make before installaltion of the system.
