Mild steel galvanised iron tubing light grade for cable protection as in road crossing, along poles, walls, floors, drain of 80mm size fixed with MS clamps, nuts and bolts required, including taking out old tubing complete all as specified and directed.

(Note : Excavation, earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured &paid for separately).

Note:- Excavation & Earth work, brick/cable cover, GI pipe and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separetly.

Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces and dismantling old structural steel work in and removal from site, complete all as specified & directed.

Galvanised stay strand, 7/4mm , fixed in replacement complete all as specified & directed.

Renewal of stay assembly complete with all accessories such as stay plate 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, stay rod 20 mm dia and 215cm long threaded end with nuts including 14mm dia GI stay bow. turn buckle, etc. complete, all as shown in Electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part- I (2009) complete including dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable stay assembly all as specified and as directed. Note- The quoted rate shall include the cost of loop type insulator, stay clamps, stay wire, stay bow, turn buckle, nuts etc., demolition and removal of demolished concrete outside defence land complete.

Renewal of lightning arresters (Set of three) expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp for 11000 volts including taking out old unservicable arrester and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Painting to existing steel tubular poles 09m long including cross arms, clamps etc. with two coats of aluminum paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with white and black paint alternatively on external surface above PCC copping including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping complete all as specified.

Replacement of voltmeter for LT panel Square dial of size 96x96mm digital type complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Existing meter analog type and large in size, hence any modification in the wiring,and panel sheet enclosure is deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate

Disconneting incomming and outgoining electrical cable connection from LT panels and taking out carefully all unsv accessories like aluminium busbar MCCB and ameter , voltmeter , main swithces selector switch and indicator lamps etc Repair to doors while replacement welding to unsv door hinges from exiting LT panels /outdoor feeder pillar box and set aside for reuse /replacemenmt after checking serviceablity of all items and reconnecting all connections after repair to panel and feeder pillar box complete all as speicfied and directed by Engineer in charge Note : (i) Rates for disconneting /reconneting all connections and minor repairs like tightening replacement of nut bolt and washer greasing to thimbles repair to door while replacing welding to unsv door hinges etc are deemed to be included in quoted rate .

Synthetic Rubber insulated mat 3 mm thick for voltage upto 11KV for elctrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006 suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x1m complete all as specified and directed

Removal of green vegetation and dressing around the plinth/PCC hardstanding up to 1.5 mtr of sub stations and 2/4 pole structure etc including disposal of vegitation /material up to 50 mtr distance from the site and levelling/surfacing the ground all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
