M & L for Cement concrete type B- 2, 300mm thick 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm & n exc 20cm in width type C1,1:3:6 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and setting in mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over and incl a coat of white wash complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Construction of soak well 1.20 dia and 3.00 m effective depth as specified on STD 1173(C) sheet 1R/2 with following specification free board as per site requirement in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed with top ring of 1:1.5:3 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of precast cement concrete (20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonary in CM RCC STD 1173(C) sheet 1R/2 Note :- (i) Precast cement concrete (20mm graded stone aggregate) C-1 block masonary in Walls as stone boulders filling will be done in lieu of brick bats filling in lieu brick bats where ever shown in drawings.

Supplying and laying of CPVC 20 mm outer dia of pipes, SDR-11 & special CPVC SDR-11 brass fittings in trenches, etc., and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S&F 500 litres capacity rotational moulded, triple layer polythene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisting and fixed in position on roofs including fittings, & 20 mm bore Ball valve, high pressure, of PTMT (Min Wt 210 gms) with epoxy coated aluminum rod and high density polythene float and flynut complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with using approved colour coding as per IS 1.5 Sqmm multistranded, 1100 volt grade copper conductor cable of PVC insulated and unsheathed type alongwith 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for continuous earthing in & incl PVC Casing and caping with accessories having ISI mark fixed on wall surfaces / ceiling including provision PVC Box on top for fixing switches sockets etc. all as specified for one light point/ fan /Bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No 14 here-in-before but controlled with one 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on the independent board with other switches with cables 1.5 Sqmm complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing surface & wall mounted LED integrated batten 20W tube light 4 feet long, ultra slim square profile with extruded polycarbonate, environment friendly, energy efficient, connected with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED Security light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp, incl GI pipe bracket, 2 No. clamp, nut, bolt, washer, etc., with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Sheet metal enclosure for DBs SPN 8 way, double door, 240 Volt, with 200 Amps rated bus bar with bus and neutral link, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 6 to 32 AMP, in the MCB DB complete with connection, testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing miniature circuit breaker (MCB) SPN 32 AMP rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve in the MCB DB complete with connection, testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with GI steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to GI earth wire of 4 mm dia protected by GI protection pipe light grade of 40mm bore dia from mechanical injury, 20 mm medium grade for watering with funnel, including test point up to 7.5 meter from earth pit, adequate quantity of common salt, charcoal dust, chemical and connected to test point by means of bolts and nuts washers made out of GI all as shown in Electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I including necessary earthwork and excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type mix cover slab with 6mm dia MS bars at 100mm dia both ways with MS hook 6mm dia MS bars etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: 1. Suitable quantity of charcoal, common salt, funnel, GI pipe required for watering, pit & CI pit cover etc is deemed to be included in quoted rate and lead wire used beyond 7.5m from pit cover will be measured separately. 2. On testing after completion if the desired resistance is not obtained the earthing shall be re-done at no extra cost.

Supply and fixing flood light 50 Watt energy saving environmental friendly long life die cast aluminum housing with LEDs as light source, suitable for highlighting complete fixed to shed incl necessary connection with 3 core wire of suitable size and length form SP MCB, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, commisisioning and testing cable XLPE insulated IS 7098(part-i)-1988, ISI marked screened, PVC sheathed, steel armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminum stranded conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts, cross sectional area of cable 10 sqmm 2 core laid in trenches /fixed on pole/wall/passed through pipe/cutting of road with making good wherever required as per site including jointing and testing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for laying dry old size with subclass 'B' made of burnt clay best quality locally available with permissible tolerance, laid straight in trench for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in Hard and dense soil complete all as specified & directed.

Returning and filling in soil in two parts:- (i) Using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil up to depth of 30 cm (8cm below cable and remaining above cable for cushioning of cable, (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc., as per IS 1255-1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Supply, laying and testing 3 layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN-16), UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot and cold water, including all PP-R Plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fitting of size 32mm (outer diameter of pipe), complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be paid separately.

All as per ser item No 33 here-in-before but of size 20 mm (outer diameter of pipe), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of thick lagging to pipes used in water supply for plumbing all round with lagging closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation with pipe section of density 60+20% Kg/cum suitable for PPR pipe of size 32mm outer dia, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 35 here-in-before but of size 20 mm (outer diameter of pipe), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing aluminum cladding over insulation of PP-R pipe of size 32mm outer dia with aluminum sheet having thickness 0.2mm, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 37 here-in-before but of size 20 mm (outer diameter of pipe), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing PP-R Ball Valve (brass inserted) suitable for PPR pipe line of size 32mm (outer dia), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing PP-R Ball Valve (brass inserted) suitable for PPR pipe line of size 20mm (outer dia), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, Testing, and Commisioning fuel free solid waste disposal system machine of capacity 50 KG/Hour with pollution control device of following description as below:- Make: Model EWD 50PCD ECO Warriors or eqvt as recommended by Engr-in-charge and approved by GE before installation of the system. Notes:- (A) Material: Non Corrosive mild carbon steel of IS 2062 GRADE B category cylindrical chamber as specified by BIS, having minimum thickness of 6mm, manufactured by Jindal Steel or equivalent. (B) Dimensions: 1. Upper cone, dia 600mm height-580mm, thckness-6mm. 2. Cylindrical chamber dia 600mm, height-650mm, thickness-6mm. 3. Lower cone dia 600mm, height-550mm, thickness-6mm. 4. Loading door height - 400mm, width-450mm. 5. Inspection door height-150mm, width-250mm. 6. Ash door size- 300mm.

Material and Labour for Comprehensive Warranty/AMC of the Solid waste disposal system machine of capacity 50 kg/Hr complete all as mentioned below and as directed by Engr-in-charge from the date of completion of the work:- (a) Two years replacement warranty from the date of completion of the work incl necessary AMC (all machine parts, cleaning included). (b) After warranty, Comprehensive AMC for the period of four years of the complete system. All as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for item No 41 & 42: Contractor may visit the site and submit the Drgs & approved the Make before installaltion of the system.
