Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying/jointing kit/repair of cable and erection of poles complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 meter above the starting point all as specified and directed

M & L for Sand cushioning on under ground cables provided with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth after punning down and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed

Supply and lay well burnt class ‘B’ bricks as mechanical protection to under ground cables laying with length of the bricks equal to the width of the trench all as specified and directed

M&L for replacement of old unserviceable and supply, laying, fixing Double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 75 mm outer dia confirming to IS-14930 (Part-II) of approved colour with fittings for cable protection complete all as directed.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 50 mm outer dia confirming to IS-14930 (Part-II) of approved colour with fittings for cable protection complete all as directed.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 25 mm outer dia confirming to IS-14930 (Part-II) of approved colour with fittings for cable protection complete all as directed.

Supply and fix of 2 runs of 1.5 Sqmm alongwith 1 run of 1.5 sqmm earth wire PVC FRLS insulated stranded copper cable for connection of street light including PVC conduit 20 mm external dia, medium grade, proper colour coding fixed on pole with proper clamping/ saddling etc incl dismantling taking down unserviceable one all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Three run of 1.5 sq mm PVC FRLS cable & one run of PVC conduit 20mm shall be measured as one length)

Supply and fix of 2 runs of 2.5 Sqmm alongwith 1 run of 2.5 sqmm earth wire PVC FRLS insulated stranded copper cable for connection of street light including PVC conduit 20 mm external dia, medium grade, proper colour coding fixed on pole with proper clamping/ saddling etc incl dismantling taking down unserviceable one all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Three run of 2.5 sq mm PVC FRLS cable & one run of PVC conduit 20mm shall be measured as one length)

M & L for painting of steel tubular pole with one coat of alumium paint incl cross arm, bracings, supports, nuts, bolts, of LT OH line from above copping to top of pole and marking with alternate white and black paint strip 30 cm wide (5 Nos) with synthetic enamelled paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for erection of steel tubular poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (8.5 meter long) including painting of pole two coats of red oxide and over a one coat synthetic enamel paint (as per existing) with writing of MES pole numbering complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth work and foundation of PCC shall be measured and paid separately in relevant items of schedule.

Supply and fixing in replacment of LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete incl dismantling taking down unsv complete all as specified and directed

S&F Security light Bracket made out of galvanised steel light grade pipe of 40mm dia 1.5 mtr long bend to an angle of 120 degree with 02 Nos mild steel clamp 50mm x 50mm and 04 sets of nuts, bolts and washers painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl dismantling taking down unsv complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of sintex box thermo plast (weather proof) IP 66, on street light poles made out of thermoplastic of size 300mm x 200 mm x 105 mm size with connector for connecting incoming and outgoing of cable including 01 No of MCB DP 06 Amps to control the pole light circuit and MS brackets made out of 32 x 4 mm flats for fixing the box on post complete with nuts, bolts and washers and suitable size of double compression cable glands for incoming, outgoing of cable Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make Sintex Cat part No GSJB-3020 or equivalent make approved by GE.

S & F in replacement of 100 watts flood light Warm white/ coolday light in colour as per rquirement,  LM6 aluminium or higher grade powder coated and water proof pressure die cast aluminium enclosure, with inbuilt electronic drivers and IP 66 protection complete ,Single phase,  etc fixing in MS chanel by drilling hole of suitable , size, using nut, bolts and washers of suitable size including suitable mounting structure on existing pole as reqd at the site, incl dismantling taking down unsv complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of street lights as per existing make Electronic driver suitable for 40/ 45 / 48 / 50/ 60 watts LED Roadway light/Flood light/post top light fittings all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 20mm graded aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified

Supply and fixing in replacement of change over switch on load 4 pole, 415 Volts 50 Hz 160 Amps open execution type mounted on existing any type/ description of LT Panel/ feeder pillar with minor modifications of existing LT Panel/ Feeder Pillar box to fix and connecting terminals and making fresh connections of existing cables are deemed in quoted rate of this item and complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of digital automatic street light control panel of 12 KW, made of extended wide band coil, FRLS (Fire retardant low smoke) Internal wiring, In-built Short-Circuit Protection, Provided with Protection Degree IP 54 and Class H Insulation, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting and taking down of old/ rusted LT feeder pillar box replacement by the LT feeder pillar box CPRI tested firms, outdoor type totally enclosed with front and rear door fixed with hinged type openable type with projected top and raised platform of suitable size weather, dust, vermin and water proof made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick including aluminium bus bar for 3 phase, 415 volts of capacity 300 Amps and half neutral sleeved with coloured sleeves insulation complete painting with powder coated paint including marking by paint of outgoing supply to various locations for identifiaction for the following :- Note :- (i) Initial drawing and design of the panel will be approved by GE. (ii) Suitable size of Stand for LT feeder pillar box made of MS angle iron duly painted with black colour in two coats over the one coat of red oxide primer is deemed to be inclusive of quoted rates. (iii) Cost of transportation from factory to site and labour charges for fixing of panel will deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate.

S & F in replacement of anti climbing device spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round square and flate) including nuts, bolts, washer and welding in two haves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white, with letters figures and conventional skull and fixed with MS clampsbolts and nuts of approved size for LT 20x15 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of GI Tube 50 MM Light Grade laid in trenches under road or fixed to wall as mechanical protection for UG Cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode plate of size 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 25x4mm up to test point with suitable GI nuts/bolts and brazed properly up to main board including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with expanded metal, with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel wire mesh and medium grade GI earth strip protection pipe 40mm bore up to main board complete as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES schedule Part-I 2009, connected to earthing testing point including taking out existing unsv earthing complete all as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The units rate includes the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil charcoal & salt in altemate layers, 20mm GI Pipe (light grade) for watering 40mm GI protection pipe (light grade) funnel wire mesh PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 cast iron frame and 40mm thick RCC cover for pit etc & no extra payment will be made.
