(ii) Earth electrode shall be protected upto test point using necessary arrangement with suitable size GI pipe up to 7.50 m and the rate includes in the unit rate of item. (iii) Earth pit chamber and RCC cover shall be painted with red paint over a primer coat and the rate includes in the unit rate of item. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of solar water heating system with ETC TECHONOLOGY of capacity 200 LPD with electric backup as per recommendations of manufacturer suitable for single phase 220 volts AC supply complete with ETC type collectors , HOT water tanks , Tank Stands etc with the following specifications :- (a) COLLECTOR ETC type with nos, size, level of vaccum transmittance of cover glass tubes, reflectance of glass tubes, absorbance of glass tubes, type of coating and reflectance of coating as recommended by manufacturer having wind resistance upto 100 km, with freezing resistance minus 20 degrees C heating up coefficent 240 degrees C having average thermal efficiency 58.76% and maximum rise in temp 53.04 deg C without night losses fixed at angle of inclination from horizontal, as per recommendations of manufacturer (b) HOT WATER TANK : Hot water tank of 100 Itrs capacity made out of stainless steel sheet not less than 0.5mm thick duly insulated with puff insulation 50mm thick having density not less than 36 kgs having thermal conductivity 0.29m/K duly covered with PPGI cladding fixed with temperature gauge, inlet and outlet valves of suitabvle size duly installed on staging fabricated out of MS angle of appropriate size as recommended by manufacturer duly fixed properly and painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer. NOTE:- PCC/Foundation work as recommended by the manufacturer will be included in the rate quoted for this work.

Note: The schedule of credit has been attached in tender in Pdf format and amount of credit schedule i.e. Rs 2538659.00 shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
