S&F aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) on over head LT electric line with stretching and tensioning the same with required span sag and binding the conductor with pin/shackle insulator and jumpers with aluminum binding wire not less than 2mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S & F cross arms made out of mild steel channel or angle section of reqd size and shape including clamp back plate with bolts, nuts and washers drilled for insulator bolts welding bending cold or hot in any shape or size as directed and painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pin type insulator porcelain vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle two galvanized iron washer and one galvanized iron nut 100mm height 6.5mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all directed.

S&F shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator of size 75mm height, 90mm dia (maximum) including mild steel straps of section 31mmx3mm, washers, 12mm dia insulator bolt and nut suitable for working pressure 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and M & L for Steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate,finial,taper plug,bolts,nuts and screws type 410 SP-31, 9 metres long, duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and providing 30 cm wide alternate black and yellow strips up to 1.5 meter from GL complete all as specified. Note- Excavation, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation of electric poles, for base of pole , struts complete all as specified.

M & L for in repair PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation of electric poles, mass filling complete all as specified.

M & L for in repair PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in coping of electric poles complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing of old painted surface of steel tubular electric pole 9 mtr long (effective painted length from top of foundation concrete to top of pole) including struts cross arms clamp, etc fitted on pole and applied one coat of aluminum paint after properly cleaned with sandpaper/wire brushes and including making alternate white and black strips 30 cms height (05 Nos strips) numbering of the poles by 2" height letters complete all the metallic surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth, for foundations, laying of pipes etc and not exceeding 10Sqm on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete, all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete, all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying reiforced precast cable cover class LV Type I flat size 250mmmx 150mm x40 mm for the protection of cable laid flat dry across the cable complete all as specified.

Supply and lay Dry sand cushioning to under ground electric cable on layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15cm thick after laying the cable complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of M.E.S Schedule Part-I (2009)

S & F FRP pole box of size 25 cm x 20 cm x 10 cm depth with locking arrangement, hinged door, suitable to accommodate 2 Nos of FRP insulators for taking branch connection of street light from LT UG cable and fixed in any position with pole using clamps made out of MS flat of size 25 x 3 mm thick cut and bend to necessary shape, including MS nut, bolt and washers etc. and including providing MCB SPN of suitable capacity including dismantling of old terminal box complete all as directed.

S&F cast iron cable route indicator with embrossing mark as LT cable, circular type, 75mm dia duly fixed with suitable MS flat iron member to be embeded in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 block of size 150x150x300mm deep in ground complete all as specified and directed. Trimming of tree branches around the HT or LT overhead conductor, poles & stays (not less than 3 metre) to clear the approach of overhead lines including removing of nest, wild grass creepers, unwanted vegetation, etc from pole/stay including cleaning of creepers climbed on poles and angles, channels and disposed off from site to nearby waste deposit complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Panel shall be suitable for housing and including copper bus bar 04 Nos 200 Amps rating, MCCB 100 Amps FP 25 KA-01 No, MCB SPN 40 Amps -05 Nos, Digital voltmeter (0-500V) with selector switch -01 No, Digital ammeter (0-200 A) with CTs and selector switch -01 No, indicator lamp (set of three) -01 set. Panel shall be complete in all respects, including internal connections and control wiring with suitable size of copper wire, 05 Nos holes with rubber bushing on top of the panel for sub-main entry and 02 holes in bottom of the panel with cable glands for cable entry should be provided. Panel shall be fabricated in such a way that the MCCB and MCBs shall be operated in door closed position. All cable connections shall be done using suitable size lugs. The size and shape of panel shall be as directed and approved by Engr-In-Charge including supply and fixing temperproof electronic energy meter - 05 Nos. of 60 Amps 230 Volts, with electronic display single phase on wooden board of suitable size including making all inlet and outlet connection to the meter using suitable size copper conductor cable and lugs, with locking provision complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit depth not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to earth using GI earth wire of 4 mm dia by means of of nuts, bolts and washer and check nuts of GI or steel as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR-2009 (Part-I) and connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion with and including 15mm bore light grade GI protection pipe 7.5 metre long for earth including PCC (1:2:4) pit with RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover, 40mm thick reinforced with 6mm dia MS bars @ 100mm both ways with lifting hooks made out of 6mm dia MS bars, watering arrangement with 20mm dia light grade pipe, funnel, wire mesh, common salt chorcoal, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified.

M&L for renewal of Earthling of poles/system with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, buried vertically in ground not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to GI strip 32x6mm by means of nuts, bolts and washers and encased in and inclduing 40mm dia GI light grade pipe upto 2.4 mtr height from ground level fixed by MS flat iron clamp 40mmx5mm with nut, bolt and washers. GI strip fixed to base along pole and connected to exisiting system with alternate layers of charcoal dust, salt packed around plate 150mm thick including watering GI pipe, medium grade 20mm dia, 1.5mtr ling fixed to funnel with wire mesh complete with PCC chamber and RCC chamber cover all as Electrical plate No.3 SSR part I-2009 including excavation and earth work in any type of starta and testing on completion.
