Disconnecting and taking out worn out jumpers of HT over head line/ Sub-station any size, any length after removing binding wire/ sub station connector of AB switch/ DO fuse unit and replacement with new ACSR weasel conductor jumpers including PVC sleeve in colour coding R/ Y/ B of same size and length including new binding wire/ sub station connectors suitable for AB switch/ DO fuse unit, with conducting jelly complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling/ Taking down old unsv Disc type/ pin type/ loop type insulators from poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm height and 225 mm dia ball and socket type white/ brown or green two in series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors working pressure 11000 volts grade for HT lines fixed on poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators, including one galvanized mild steel spindle two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height and 150 mm dia suitable for working pressure upto and including 11000 volts grade for HT lines fixed on poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing loop type insulator, porcelain vitreous white, brown or green of size 90 x 140 mm and clearence hole 25.5 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling/ Taking down old unsv cross arms and other connected items complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cross arms, supports, clamps etc., fabricated out of structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending (cold or hot), drilling holes for bolts, bent to any shape or size as indicated or directed inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable HT GOD of any size/ type and connected items complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Air break Switch, gang operated, triple pole, mechanically operated mounted on HT insulators (6 insulators pin type) and MS galvanised steel frame with operating mechanism operated from ground level with fixed contacts of phosphorous bronze and moving contacts of copper including operating rod for current rating upto 200 Amps, 11000 volts complete with locking arrangement, also including applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer on MS work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling/ Taking down old Drop out fuse and other connected items complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Expulsion type drop out fuse, single pole, 11000 V, 25 Amps complete with insulator 150 mm dia and 150 mm height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping and the like including weathering slightly rounded/ chamfered angles with & incuding necessary use and waste of formwork for fair faces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Danger notice plate fabricated out of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet, of size size 25 X 20 cm, vitreous enamelled, white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fix with MS clamp for HT 2/4 pole structure complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 3.0 mtr in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil for erection of poles/ laying of cables etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance nexc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n-exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 sq. mm complete, incl taking down old ACSR conductor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Cable route markers shall be erected along the cable route at distance of min 100 metres apart. Item cost shall be measured and paid for seperately under relevant items.

S&F Double wall corrugated HDPE duct pipe 120mm outer dia confirming to IS: 14930 (Part-II) of approved colour with fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cable route markers, made up of Cast Iron, round shaped disc of 150 mm dia, 3 mm thick, embossed with marking 'HT CABLE', mounted on angle iron (25 x 3) mm of min 1 feet above ground level casted in PCC block of size 150 X 150 X 200 mm complete and erected in ground parallel to the cable route complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of HT 11 KV, metal clad switchgear complete with Vaccum circuit breaker (VCB) having rupturing capacity upto 350 MVA, totally enclosed, 3 phase, 50 Hz, outdoor type, overload and earth fault protection, ammeter, voltmeter and of rating upto 630 Amp complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for Ser Item No 25: - (i) The VCB shall be free standing floor mounting type, compartment based with Roll on Floor truck mounted vacuum circuit breaker spring operated electrically and manually charged operating mechanism suitable for horizontal isolation, horizontal draw out type VCBs with copper bus bars, Self supported Insulated Busbar with full voltage rated shall be used. (ii) The switchgear panel shall be of sheet steel construction with Aluminum Zinc not less than 3.0 mm thickness for load bearing section and non-load bearing and shall totally dust and vermin proof complete VCB panel confirming to IEC 62271-100, 200 standards and IP-55 class of protection comprising necessary bus-bars extension and connections and following protective and control devices as specified below. (iii) Circuit Breaker shall be suitable for E2, M2, C2 duty. Vacuum Interrupters of the circuit breakers shall be completely encapsulated in epoxy housing and also the manufacturer of Circuit breaker and Vacuum Interrupter, Relays shall be of the same make.

Contd.. (iv) Panels shall be with temperature measurement sensors at all critical points Medium voltage cable connection & Busbar joints/ Connections for local investigation and local monitoring and the HMI shall be provided for condition monitoring data and alarms as per Specifications. (v) The switchgear and control gear panels shall be of the fully arc proof, symmetrical breaking capacity upto 26.3 kA as per Particular Specifications provided by the OEM. (vi) The contractor shall provide all the test report of the VCB after testing and commissioning of the system complete to the Engr-in-charge all as specified and directed. (vii) Entire panel shall be prewired internally and all the external cable connections required to activate the panel shall be made as per OEM requirements. (viii) All necessary PCC plinth work for mounting the VCB shall be done as per the OEM requirements. Cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the item itself.

M&L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 cm × 60 cm × 3.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to 20 × 3 mm copper strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of earth lead and 20 mm dia pipe for watering connected to funnel and wire mesh including earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, precast RCC cover slab with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar and provision of charcoal or coke in alternate layers of 15 cm around earth plate, testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for Serial Item No 26.00 - (i) The quoted rates shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20 mm GI pipe (medium grade) for watering 40 mm GI protection pipe (light grade) funnel wire mesh PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 cast iron frame and 40 mm thick RCC cover for pit etc & no extra payment will be made. (ii) Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earthing strip with protection pipe up to 7.50 Metre length.
