PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batterfor rough finished surfaces of concrete flat, complete all as specified & directed.

Brick work with old size fly ash bricks, class 7.5, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 (01 cement : 04 coarse sand) all as specified & directed.

Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, all as specified and directed.

Mild steel work as in wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work comforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete as as specified.

Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165)complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply Only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, not less than 3mm dia, (mesh size 100x100mm), complete all as specified.

Structural steel work as in Compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc.. conforming to grade Fe 410 -W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A for fencing angle/MS fabrication work, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc 5cm long, diameter of neck 5 to 10mm, complete all as specified.

Framed work for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. including cutting, drilling, welding etc confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire ,all as specified.

Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs (weighing 97 grams to 107 grams per Running Metre) at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), ,all as specified.

75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed. .

Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles, homogenious texture glossy finished , chemically coated machine pressed 30 cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floor with gray cement and pigment and including 15 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the AGE (I).

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces or un plastered, previously undecorated wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint , complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

G I tubing medium grade of 15 mm bore with all fittings and fixtures (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, backnuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) and fixing complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs, , fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floor /trenches complete all as specified and directed.

G I tubing medium grade of 20 mm bore with all fittings and fixtures (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, backnuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) and fixing complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs, , fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floor /trenches complete all as specified and directed.

G I tubing medium grade of 80 mm bore with all fittings and fixtures (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, backnuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) and fixing complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs, , fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floor /trenches complete all as specified and directed.

G I tubing medium grade of 50 mm bore with all fittings and fixtures (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, backnuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) and fixing complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs, , fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floor /trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Stop valves/Angle valve cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions for 15mm bore iron pipe or for unions, complete, all as specified.

Stop valves/Angle valve cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions for 20mm bore iron pipe or for unions, complete, all as specified.

Cast iron Sluice valve for water supply purpose with C.I. drilled flanged ends (both ends) (integrally cast), stem of SS (AISI410) and bronze (gun metal), class PN-1.6 conforming to IS-14846, ISI marked with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel including jointing material complete such as rubber insertion packing rings with adequate size and requisite numbers nut, bolt and washer complete of the of size 80 mm bore, all as specified.

Cast iron Sluice valve for water supply purpose with C.I. drilled flanged ends (both ends) (integrally cast), stem of SS (AISI410) and bronze (gun metal), class PN-1.6 conforming to IS-14846, ISI marked with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel including jointing material complete such as rubber insertion packing rings with adequate size and requisite numbers nut, bolt and washer complete of the of size 50 mm bore, all as specified.

Cast iron flanged non-return valve(ISI Marked) of size 80 mm dia, both ends flanged with jointing materials such as bolts,nuts and washer and 3mm rubber gasket 02 Nos complete all as specified and directed.

Cast iron foot valve, 80mm bore , complete all as specified.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 500 Ltrs capacity four layered (ISI Marked) cylinderical vertical with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position with ball brass valve, high pressure with PVC float valve 20mm dia with polythene float and fly nut, tank nipples with check nuts and washers complete and making connections with existing water supply line complete all as specified.

Supply, installation , Commissiong and Testing of pumping set, self priming 3 phase motor coupled pumpsets, electric driven of capacity 7.5 HP, 5.5 KW and rating MIKS 32C sufficient for 450 LPM and discharge head range 50 metres, including connecting cable and PCC foundation , complete all as specified.

Brick masonary valve pit of size 90cm x 90 cm x 90cm( internal dimension of chamber incl plastering internal and flash pointing external as the work proceeds insame mortar complete with MS sheet , cover handle packing arrangement earth worth in any type of soil incl removal to n.exc 50mtr and paint with 2 coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer to steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to under ground cables provided with a layer of sand 8 cms thick before laying the cable and 15 cms thick after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Sub class "B" bricks for covering to cable laid dry flat, with width equal to length of bricks all as specified and directed.

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with multi-standard aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 35 Sqmm, 4 core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes, including making necessary connections at both ends, complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron strip 25x 4mm dia (as earth lead), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 15mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC M-15, type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick precast cover of size 550 mm X 550 mm X 75 mm of RCC M-15, type B-I, reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/ Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.

Supply, installation , Commissiong and Testing of totally enclosed LT panel box indoor type, CPRI approved, LT 440 Volts, 50 Hz , 3 Phase 4 wire supply system, double door type, having independent cabin including locking arrangement for each MCCBs, floor mounted factory fabricated weather and vermin proof protection class IP 55 made out of 2 mm thick MS Sheet CRCA Sheet on angle iron 50X50X6mm frame of size suitable to incorporate and including following accessories with front and rear opening doors, handle type locking arrangement powder coated internally and externally shall have angle iron legs made out of angle iron 40x40x6mm and embeded in PCC foundation of size as required or approved by manufacturers in PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 , using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ( 150mm below GL and 100mm above GL) as recommended by manufacturer or directed including earth work complete comprising of following:-

Incoming:- (a) MCCB having current rating 63 Amps with rupturing cap 25 KA (Adjustable Thermal & Adjustable Magnetic) , AC 415 Volts,four pole, complete with spreader links. (Qty -01 No)

Outgoing:- (a) MCCB having current rating 40 Amps with rupturing cap 25 KA (Adjustable Thermal & Adjustable Magnetic) , AC 415 Volts,four pole, complete with spreader links. (Qty -02 No) (b) DOL starter for 7.5 HP three phase motor , 415 Volts including control wiring & mottor protector assembely , having dry run protection , phase sequence corrector, earth leakage protection, single phase protection , high voltage and low voltage , time delay power program switch complete- 02 Nos. (c) Multifunctional digital panel meter with LCD display flush mounting type of size 96x96mm, accuracy class 1, suitable for CTs with secondary current 5A having provision of display parameters such as voltage, Amp, Power factor , KW, KV etc. ( Qty-01 No)

Outgoing (Contd.):- (d) Current transformer ratio of 200/5 Amps, Current rating primary upto 200 Amps and secondary 5 Amps, accuracy class 1, VA burden 5 VA including necessary wiring using PVC insulated copper conductor cable of appropriate size as per standard engineering practice ( Qty- 01 set of three) (e) LED phase indicator lamp ( Qty- 01 set of three) (f) Current transformer ratio of 200/5 Amps, Current rating primary upto 200 Amps and secondary 5 Amps, accuracy class 1, VA burden 10 VA including necessary wiring using PVC insulated copper conductor cable of appropriate size as per standard engineering practice ( Qty- 01 set of three)

Note : (i) Incoming and outgoing cables shall be fixed with appropriate size of thimble. (ii) Apron shall be provided at bottom of protection of cable to avoid entry of vermins, raptiles. (iii) Entries of all sizes of cables in panel should be done through adequate size of metallic cable glands. (iv) Layout diagram of panel shall be produced by contractor for approval of AGE (I) before placing order to manufacturer and panel shall be brought at site as per approved drawing
