Raking out joints/ pointing built in cement or lime mortar to to random rubble masonary of wall surface, channels, roofs, etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for Raised pointing using cement mortar 1:4 to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for prepration of new or previously untreated surfaces of walls by brooming or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down snow soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of cement based paint over and incl a coat of alkali resistant priming paint on complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M & L for one coat of cement based paint on old plastered wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces by brooming or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down snow soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M & L for two coat of cement based paint on old plastered wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces by brooming or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down snow soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M & L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surfaces of any descriptaion not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth with including preparation of old decorated surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge

M & L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surfaces of any descriptaion not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth with including preparation of old decorated surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge

Preparation of old painted plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of exterior emulsion weather coat paint (Apex or eqivalent) complete all as specefied and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for preparing existing treated surfaces on Wall including cornices and applying Two coat of white wash on internal surace of wall by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the of white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing old painted wood & wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for prepration of old plastered surface/unplastered Surfaces including washing, rubbing down and stoping of Distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of Oil Bound Distemper on Wall completed all as specified and directed
