M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly priming/tack coat with paving bitumen of Grade VG-10 at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75mm or less thick consolidated (using job mix formula) premix bituminous, macadam using paving bitumen of 4% by weight of total mix of grade VG-10 laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with power roller 8 to 10 tonne to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete using Job mix formula 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen of Grade VG 10 by weight of total mix, spread by means of mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with power roller 8 to 12 tonne to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads pavements and the like not exceeding 15 cm width with hot thermoplastic paint 3mm thick in layer including 240 gm glass beads for road marking paint white or golden yellow as approved with the mechanical instrument including preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces to receive the painting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm), type B-1, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stone work and precast concrete block and dump the waste material outside MoD land (Jutogh Cantt), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, built in CM (1:6) as in parapet, steps etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint (weather proof paint on external surfaces) having VOC less than 50 gm/liter and UV resistance as per IS 15489: 2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 liter/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 liter/ 10 sqm over new surfaces at any height of building / tower complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint (weather proof paint on external surfaces) having VOC less than 50 gm/liter and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 liter/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 liter/ 10 sqm over new surfaces at any height of building / tower complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removal of material from MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 12.5 mm graded aggregated in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throttling, as directing including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular virgin synthetic fiber of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width, including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10 1 14 and Tabl~ 9 of IRC' 15-2017.

M&L for cutting of construction joints 25 mm deep and 10 mm wide by early entry saw cut using diamond cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and the debris, Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 12 mm dia, application of bond breake tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN- 141875 2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +I- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 25 mm width expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of PQC. Early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter appropriate size. straight and smooth edges. Join cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. The join then filled with pre-molded 25 mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant Placing of closed cell medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia, over filler board and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of+/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacture complete all as specified and directed.

Forming dummy/contraction joint with an initial saw cut of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1/3rd to 1/4th the thickness of the slab widening the first saw cut to 6 mm and 24 mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size straight and smooth edges Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) OF +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base for flooring, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 100 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in drive ways and parking etc., for moderate traffic of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with approved colour, design and pattern as in driveways and parking complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Sand shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with approved colour, design and pattern as in driveways and parking, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Sand shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L Sand for filling under paving blocks, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base for flooring, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles pre polished lacquer and glossy finish 30cmx30cm x 20-23mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors over a 15mm thick CM 1:6 screed bed, complete all as specified and directed.
