WATER TREATMENT PLANT Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of water treatment plant 0.50 MLD based on Rapid Sand Filter including cost of site development to adjust hydraulic levels as per contour plan and structural requirements, cost of construction of civil works, hoisting and erection of all steel works. Providing and installation of all mechanical, electrical equipments/accessories, laying of all interconnecting GI/MSERW pipes and scouring arragements from all units with disposal of the same to appropriate place i.e. nearby nallah/khad/natural drainage. All types of valves, fittings and all contingent works at village Maredi (Location) capable of taking input and giving output as laid down in Chapter I of CPHEEO manual under all climatic conditions specified therein. The treatment plant includes C/O Inlet chamber, Raw water tank, Pre-sedimentation tank with tube settler, electrical channel flow meter, flash mixier, Tapered flocculator, Settling Tank, rapid sand filter, pipe gallery, back wash tank and clear water tank, proper alum, lime solution tank with proper mechanical mixing arrangement for coagulant addition, Drainage channel, PCC RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls 3 mtr from the edge of each structure, brick boundary wall fencing with steel gate, interconnecting path (Minimum 1.20 metre wide) chemical house, chemical handling and feeding arrangements, back wash units with pumping sets and air compressors including arrangements for disposal of waste of water treatment plant process. Plant building comprising of office / automation room, a room for housing the automated valves. Providing and fixing of lightening arrangements (LED) lights made in the boundary unit of plant area. Providing and fixing all electrical/Mechanical equipments, proper walk way for Inspection/operation of various units. Sizes shall be based on manual of water supply and treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministry of Urban development (GOI) New Delhi. The design of various units shall conform to relevant Codes and specifications. All the hydraulic stuctuctures shall be designed and constructed in RCC M30, design shall be carried out as per design sheet technical specifications. All the structures shall be designed for up lift pressure encountered at footing, as per contour plan uploaded suitable projection structure shall be designed and provided to avoid direct entry of HFL water within treatment premises. 0.5 Mld

SERVICE RESERVOIRS (Main/Delivery Tank) Designing, Constructing, Testing and Commissioning of RCC Circular Rectangular partially underground storage tank as per capacity given below at Kiri including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 concrete mix in foundation, walls and bottom slab and M25 in roof slab dome, formwork, tor steel reinforcement with smooth finishing in 1 3 inside the tank, all allied Civil Works, Site development, cutting excavation in all kinds of soils, Construction of PCC RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls 3 mtr from the edge of each structure, refilling and disposing of surplus stuff with in all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe, proper manifiold at outlet including all fittings, bye pass arrangement consisting of GI MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia, sluice valve chambers and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside, ventilator with mosquito proof wire mesh, lightening arrester complete, SFRC manhole covers including frames and covers medium duty with proper locking arrangement, water level indicator, RCC frames for all valves ventilating shafts shall also be provided, brick boundary wall fencing with steel gate including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves and other accessories shall be included in the rates of tanks. Battery Limit shall be considered as 3.00 m from the edge of the structure or the boundary of the land whichever is less.The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.The work shall include supplying of Five sets of structural design after testing the bearing capcity of soil and drawings, etc complete as directed by engineer in charge as per relevent data sheet and scope of work.
