calcium silicate false ceiling tiles ; Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light Reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non-combustible as per BS:476 (Part-4), Fire performance as per BS:476 (Part 6 &7), Humidity Resistance of 100%, Thermal Conductivity 0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991, in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 24x38 mm of length 3000 mm, cross-T of size 24x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 24x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x25x2 mm. [Note: Fittings shall be paid for separately] :Powder coated aluminium (Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Granite :- Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut Granite (of any colour and shade) for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels :

Providing and fixing 15mm diameter C.P. brass tap as per following with C.P. brass flange including cutting & making good the walls wherever required, etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all materials, labour, tools, tackles etc. as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge :Bib Cock (Ref. Providing and fixing approved quality C.P. brass Towel Rail of 20mm diameter & 600mm long including C.P. brass brackets fixed with wooden cleats and C.P. brass screws etc. complete.

Providing & fixing 6mm thick, copper back finish, looking mirror of required size, made of float sheet glass of best quality & approved make, over 12mm thick marine board fixed to rawl plug with round head screws & washers including teakwood beading with melamine polish all around, complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all materials, labour, tools, tackles etc. as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing wash basin with White Vitreous China Surgeon type wash basin of size 660x460 mm with a pair of 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps with elbow including operated levers

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double action hydraulic floor spring type f ixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: Door handle, lock and stopper etc.to be paid separately].

Supplying and using water proofing compound like CICO, PUDDLE or any other approved brand with Cement Plaster/ CC/ RCC complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

cupboard: Providing and fixing in position built-up cupboard, internal framework, shelves, drawers, layon slides partitions and shutters 19 mm thick pre-laminated block board of BWP Grade, Decorative Type (BWP-DEC) of approved quality or equivalent stamped with IS-1659:2004 (Latest Edition) and and pre-lamination should conform to IS-2046:1995 (Latest Edition) and 3 mm thick teak wood lipping at all edges of the board with polish/ enamel paint fixed with water resistant adhesive on inside and external face as per approved shade including piano type hinges 19x25 mm, best quality teak wood lipping around the shutter edges, magnetic ball catchers, brass tower bolt, knobs, handles with S.S. roses 150mm x 19mm diameter (Ref. Make - DORSET, Model - IP 06 PR SS or approved equivalent) complete including spirit polishing/ enamel painted on lipping in required shade matching to the laminate etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
