Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : "1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete. Single rubber stopper as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m² as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing thermal insulation with Resin Bonded Fibre glass wool conforming to IS: 8183. Density 16 kg/m³, 50 mm thick, wrapped in 200G Virgin Polythene bags placed over existing false ceiling and held in position by criss-crossing GI wire as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :For fixed portion, Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing 100mm brass locks (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Supplying and installation of moisture resistant/fire resistant 6 mm thick Heavy duty fiber cement board (High pressure steam cured) conforming to IS 14862:2000 of category III type B as per standard sizes fixed with self-drilling / taping screws. Screws shall be of counter sunk rib head of 1.60mm to 4 mm thick of 8 to 10 gauge of length varying from 25 to 45 mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, powder coated (coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete. 200mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, powder coated (coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete. 150 x 10 mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

P/F Roller set for aluminium sliding window shutter as per entire satisfaction and direction of engineer –in –charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Supply and erecting semi reflective sign boards made of 1.5 mm thick M.S. Sheet of size 1200 mm x 600 mm duly stove enameled paint in front and back required message, letters, figures with reflective engineering grade tape as per MORD specifications of required shade and colour on single side. Supported and welded on 40 mm x 40 mm X 5 mm angle iron frame of 2.44 metre height duly strengthened fixed to the ground complete in all respect as per entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
