The Eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender are: 1. Past Performance: The bidder should have a past performance of 50% and should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 50% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: 1. 50% of bid quantity for past performance. 2. 3 years for past performance criteria. 3. Minimum 50% and 20% Local Content required for qualifying as Class 1 and Class 2 Local Supplier, respectively. The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: 1. OEM Authorization Certificate 2. Certificate (Requested in ATC) 3. BIS Certificate of the Items. 4. OEM Warranty certificates. 5. Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made. 6. Certificate from the statutory auditor or cost auditor for OEMs that are companies, and by a practicing cost accountant or a chartered accountant for OEMs other than companies, for declaration relating to percentage of local content (if bid value is more than Rs 10 Crore).
