Functional Service Centre: The bidder must have a Functional Service Centre in the State of each Consignee's Location in case of carry-in warranty. 6. Well-established Installation, Commissioning, Training, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance Service groups: The bidder must have well-established Installation, Commissioning, Training, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance Service groups in India for attending after-sales service. 7. OEM Warranty certificates: The bidder must submit OEM Warranty certificates at the time of delivery of Goods. 8. Guarantee for rectification of goods: The bidder must guarantee the rectification of goods in case of any breakdown during the guarantee period.
