The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender is: - BIS Registration (CRS) for safety general requirements as per IS 13252 (Part 1): latest - Availability of security testing report for CCTV/VSS issued by standardization Testing and Quality certification (STQC) Laboratory or any other agency notified by Meity - Valid BIS certificate as per IS 13252 under CSR - Udyam Registration and validation through Udyam Registration portal for MSEs.
