The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering works, specifically in RCC framed Structure building. The required prior work experience includes: * Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. * Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender. * One similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The estimated cost put to tender is Rs. 3,44,90,719.62.
