The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having an Average Annual Turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost, which is 69,90,000 INR for the CENTRAL STERILE SUPPLY DEPARTMENT (CSSD) work. Additionally, the bidder should have completed at least one of the following: - THREE Individual Orders with a total value of at least 40% of the estimated cost, which is 93,20,000 INR. - TWO Individual Orders with a total value of at least 60% of the estimated cost, which is 1,39,80,000 INR. - ONE Individual Order with a value of at least 80% of the estimated cost, which is 1,86,40,000 INR. The bidder is also required to submit a Performance Statement for the last five years, detailing their previous work experience. Furthermore, the value of executed works shall be enhanced at a rate of 7% per annum. If an MSE seller quotes a price within L-1 + 15% of the margin, they shall be given the opportunity to match the L-1 price, and the contract will be awarded for 25% of the total value.
