Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 mts.stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation & returning the stacked soil in 15 cm.layers,when required into plinths sides of foundations etc.conslidating each depositrd layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20 metres completed in all respect as per the direction and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning at site in trenches bevelled ended BIS marked MSERW Pipes of Grade L-290 conforming to IS/ISO-3183-2012, (90% butt welding and 10% welding with M.S. flange) or its equivalent specifications latest with upto date amendments of following dia with upto date amendments having wall thickness and per Rmt weight as mentioned below & capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in BIS code in random lengths of 6 to 7 mtr. The pipes ends shall be bevelled suitable for butt welding including the cost of jointing with butt welding conforming to IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable ends with upto date amendments (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of standard make and all allied accessories whatever required for welding at site, tail pieces, tees, bends and other specials manufactured from parent pipes as applicable to the particular reach & of approved specification as per site conditions and cutting of pipes wherever required as per site requirement including carriage in all leads and lifts and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The pipe shall haves zinc coating inside & out side conforming to IS/ISO-4736-1986 or latest with upto date amendments & shall be engraved with code IS/ISO-3183-2012 or its equivalent. The laying shall conform to BIS 5822-1970 or latest with upto date amendments with provision of scour pipe after every km by providing Tee & Sluice valve etc. (MSERW pipe i/c 2% bend) (Earth work, welding of M.S. flange and butt welding of joints to be measured and paid for separately). completed in all respect as per the direction and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts.Gravity Main 200 mm dia MSERW Pipe, Table-5, 4.80 mm wall thickness, RD 0 to RD 500 = 500Rmts.

Providing and welding M.S. flanges @ 10% of joints, conforming to following tables as per IS 6392-1971 (Latest with upto date amendments) with plain end MSERW pipe in requsite number of layers on both faces to make the joint leak proof (The cost of providing and laying of MSERW pipes to be measured and paid for seprately). The welding of flanges should conform to IS:816-1969 with electrodes as per IS: 814-1991 and required number of nuts and bolts conforming to IS 1364. including cost of gasket sheet nuts & bolts.
